Let's make this simple. What ONE thing, the most important thing to you, are you planning on putting into the Community Survey coming up on the 15th of April?

For me, it's pretty tough. I get the feeling that Emperor's Children are coming, but I feel a need to ask for them anyway. In lieu of that, I'd ask for them to release a book of all the Kill Team rules that you can't get any more (like environment tables, missions, tactics, etc).

I just want to get an idea of what the priorities of the community here are.

List building should be impactful in HOW YOU PLAY THE GAME, not in your likelihood of winning.

List building has become more and more similar to the way that magic the gathering approaches deck building. MTG is in part successful due to it's ever changing meta, and an intentional imbalance that consistantly rewards players for buying new stuff or stuff they don't have. This keeps people buying new models and the company makes a profit, but the game itself suffers.

There is no way this will change though.

Not gonna happen any day soon, but for me it's to make the rules free and fully updated online with each errata.

Expensive rulebooks which get constantly updated are a mess. Living rulesets are the standard now though, so it's the only option that makes sense in the long run.

List building became like CCGs a few years back. GW is just doubling down on that. And its selling like mad.

So I doubt that will be changed.

Honestly there's one thing I'd like to request - Bring Back Tomb Kings or at least the bulk of their newer age plastic models.



Other than that please make Eldar the next major update for 40K in terms of new models and sculpts.

I'm going to throw GK a bone to get more eyes on fixing them. I guess there isn't anything else in my mind that's terribly pressing assuming the FAQ and Ynnari index update do good things.

Unless you guys jump start my brain with something.

Yeah, I feel like seeing the FAQ will be what really determines what people want gameplay wise. The Ynnari Index update better bring that faction in line with the rest. Then all we need is for Imperial Knights to get a proper nerf and we might actually be pretty close to balance.

I dont think they are interested in what minis we want. But if we all band together, my brothers and sisters, and clamour for new plastic aspect warriots we might make history.

And maybe suggest that rather than have 92 separate little faqs. Have one big rolling pdf document that can be kept up to date so all the rules are in one place.

I'm going to ask them to improve basic marine infantry statline.

I'd have to say a full on Fallen army with plastic Luther, Marbus Daemon Prince and the return of the Lion.

This is one of my top things. Plastic aspects would be peachy, but I'm not holding my breath.

I am going to be expressing my interest for a real, heavy armored dwarven army in Age of Sigmar. Not steam punk dwarves, not naked dwarves. REAL. DWARVES.

All the heavy armor, battle axes, halberds and fun you can handle.

You do realize that those two things cannot be uncoupled, don't you?

Cavalry for the Imperial Guard. As in men on horses cavalry. Giant, gene-bred war horses.

Isn't that just rough riders and Valkyries? I remember Air Cav was big in 5th.

Valks are too expensive OR don't hold enough. Make em hold 20 dudes and then we're talking massed air cav. Better yet, increase the carrying capacity and give us 40k hueys.

And rough riders aren't even in the codex anymore. And don't have models. Give us MORE cavalry options beyond the humble rough rider (but please include the rough rider too).

My main comment will be why in hell do marines of all flavours only have their trait apply to infantry and dreads whilst every other faction gets it across the whole army.

Update every old model that is, frankly, an embarrassment currently. Linked is parity in model development resource for each faction.

Abbadon and CSM weren't the only sculpts desperately in need of an update.

I don't care if they don't want feedback on what models to do, this for me is by far the most important thing and I'll be making it clear this year too.

Strange kind of questions. The responses are going to be flip floping between buffing and nerfing of top factions. I would aks for some sort of GK fix, but I did it last time they had a survey and 2018 CA came out of it.

well maybe if enough people about changing of some core rule, GW actually does do it. some quality ofl ife improvment is possible too. I don't think that besed on how popular something is any changes can be done. Who is going to ask for GK changes, if no body plays them.

Review and adjust the entire Guard unit range and make units at least mediocre. Half of the units we have is just bad and generally not used, including Forge World units.

Starting from Ratlings and Veterans, through Deathstrike, Bane Wolf, Devil Dog, Vanquisher, Eradicator, Exterminator, Salamander, Atlas, Colossus, Griffon, Medusa, Centaur, Thunderer, Destroyer, Malcador to Macharius tank, Thunderbolt, Avenger and beyond... Those all are mostly worthless, overpriced, underperforming or generally useless units.

Fix them, please.

I am going to ask for the return of Tomb Kings even if I don't play them. I just like the line.

Will probably also make some comment about that they should try to get their aelves line in order and out to customers as a tome.

I was also going to ask for GW movement trays but apparently they're already doing that with Apocalypse.

Oh, and while I remember: Steel Legion plastic please.
