Help me with the rules cites and such. is this an aura (and therefore influenced by aura increasing artifacts etc) or not?

I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.

Depends who you ask.

I say yes, as it's an ability with a range. Some say no, because it's not listed in the 'Abilities' section of a datasheet.
