Cool, so we agree on the rules. My point was about whether you could glean anything of the intent, and I am arguing there is reasonable evidence that it was intended to be unique.
This may influence people's purchase decisions - they may decide that it's strong enough evidence to hold off on purchasing until it's in a book - and that makes it worth mentioning, even if it doesn't affect the actual rules at this point in time.
Out of interest, do the datasheets on the build instructions that come with Unique models (e.g. the recent Abaddon release) specify that the model is Unique?
