One of many who claimed to have backed this without yet owning a printer. The devs recommended the Ender 3 Pro, I dont know enough about that personally, but the advise was consistent from a fair number of people, though some recommended the Ender 5 for a larger print bed.
Just to note, IIRC the actual print bed of the 5 isn't bigger than the 3, it just has a larger print volume because of a slightly taller Z-axis. The 5 seems to be essentially the basic hardware of a 3 Pro with a more elaborate and stable frame & drive system. IMO that's worth the extra since if you build it carefully it should have excellent print quality, but you're not actually getting a huge amount of extra room. If you really want a lager print bed you'd be looking at the company's CR-10 range instead, though honestly outside of cosplay I don't see the point, since most wargame stuff either fits the Ender-size beds, or comes in/can be cut into parts that will fit it.
EDIT: Also yeah, 40 hours seems a smidge excessive. I'm getting about 30 hours at 0.12 layer height(a note for anyone who buys an Ender model, they like layer heights that are multiples of 4; typically with the default nozzle 0.08 is the super-detail setting, 0.12 is the middle ground, and 0.2 is the "just bash it out asap, we'll fix it in post" choice) - remember, even a "practical" gaming piece that will get moved around a lot doesn't really need more than 3 outer perimeters and an infill of 5-10%.

Don't fall into the trap of thinking price is indicative of quality(at least, until you get up to the level of professional machines in the several thousand dollar range). You can replace one single component on an Ender 3(the bed springs, and it's so cheap I'm still baffled why Creality don't use the better ones themselves) and set it up with some care, and it will put out models at least as good as a Prusa.
People buy the "better" printers with the expectation that they won't have to tinker - you will. The thing is, it's not that big of a deal in either case. What you're paying for with the Prusa are all the "extras", but they are just that, and having owned a printer for a while now, I can say with utter certainty that if I had a Prusa-level budget to spend, I would buy three Enders instead - spending a couple of hours to get each of them set up properly in exchange for printing stuff at triple the speed, especially if you want to do really big stuff like Titans, is a far better proposition IMO.

Stretchgoals completed. The devs are not adding more despite the steady growth in backers. I think they think they have offered enough.

This is an insanely good deal guys. If you havent got a 3d printer but are considering one, pledge $1 now, consider it lost, and defer choice. If you 3d print already and like medieval or high fantasy, back this now, it's a no brainer.

Subject: [Quality 3d print buildings] - City of Tarok Kickstarter - FINAL DAY *all stretchgoals unlocked*
I love that they've blown through the stretch goals so fast that they're down to just a description of the items instead of even quick sketches. Lol Definitely worth the $60.
"Holy Sh*&, you've opened my eyes and changed my mind about this topic, thanks Dakka OT!"
Final hours, if you have even remote plans to 3d print back this with $1 and determine later whether you want an insanely good deal for stl files or not..
