I'm working on a Space Wolf killteam and am going to use a Intercessor Sergeant with a Power Sword.

I was thinking of using one of the models from the Tooth and Claw set because they are themed as Space Wolves, but then I'm not sure how to get the correctly sized Power Sword?

Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks.

There are multiple sources for Primaris power swords (3 Lieutenants, DA Upgrade Sprue, Ultra Upgrade Sprue, etc.) Just pick one?
You can also use normale Marine swords, power swords range from gladius to zweihander.

The Dark Angels Primaris Upgrade Pack has a nice-looking power sword.

But, really, any Space Marine power sword should work, as Primaris marines' hands are the same size as regular marines' hands.

I chop off a Primaris arm's hand and glue on a normal marine sword. Like previously mentioned the hands are the same size and it'll look fine. Just get an arm in a decent pose.

Ohhh. I've been away from the hobby for a while and didn't realize Primaris marine hands were the same size. Thanks for the info!

Do you know if the helmets/heads are the same size too? (Was thinking about using some Space Wolf heads from the 'Adeptus Astartes Space Wolf Pack').

Heads are the same.

Shoulder pads are compatible, with basic power armor pads fitting intercessors/hellblasters and other “normal” primaris, where terminator pads fit aggressors and inceptros.

Agreed. There is no "correct" size but rather a range of possibilities and obviously the modeler's personal preference. I've been using HH era charnabal sabres on mine and I'm happy with the results. Obviously, YMMV.
