Feasting on the souls of unworthy opponents

Hello!

A unit of scout bikers is surrounded by some enemy models. Can the scout bikers fall back through the enemy models?

No, in so far the sourround is applied propperly (tripointed) I belive the Ork tactica thread has some pictures to show how to achieve that.

GW:"Space marines got too many options to balance, therefore we decided to legends HH units."
Players: "why?!? Now we finally got decent plastic kits and you cut them?"
Chaos marines players: "Since when are Daemonengines 30k models and why do i have NO droppods now?"
GW" MONEY.... erm i meant TOO MANY OPTIONS (to resell your army to you again by disalowing former units)! Do you want specific tyranid fighiting Primaris? Even a new sabotage lieutnant!"
Chaos players: Guess i stop playing or go to HH.

The normal restrictions for moving apply when falling back.

They can only fall back if there is enough space to move between the bases of the enemy models and then end the move more than 1" from any enemy models.

Assuming they are properly surrounded (tri-pointed as previously mentioned), No, because the Scout Bikers do not have FLY.

They can, however, fall back though gaps between the enemy models if they can fit.

Yes pay elattention to the fly keyword. Had a game with my tau where an opponent had a unit with fly surrounded, but only about an inch deep on one side. When I moved out of combat he said I couldn’t but I reminded him fly keyword let’s me simply jump over his models. It can save you if ou remember

Lets clarify this, it could be misunderstood. Normal restrictions for moving are that you cant move within 1" of enemy models. However, when falling back, you can move within 1" of enemy models, but, when ending the move, you have to be more than 1" away from enemy models.

Q: Can units move within 1" of enemy models whilst
Falling Back?
A: Yes, but they must end their move more than 1" from
all enemy models.
Remember though that they cannot move ‘through’ other models.

Side note just because it always makes me laugh. Knights and the like can only move over models when falling back, not during normal movement,
