Like the title says, I'm on sick leave and decided to paint a new army in one go. So I painted one colour on every model before changing to another. Took me aprox. 20h active painting to get them table top standard. There were times when gold trims or basings felt like drinking tar after cup and cup.. but hey, I get to field these tomorrow. I know the bases could be better, but they blend well with my table pieces.

Table top standard achieved? These are a successor chapter ofvred corsairs called Huron's Malice if some one is troubling the colour scheme.

I think you've done a great job is such short a time. Painting the trim on the new Chaos Marines is pretty laborious in particular, so you've done well.
I hope you're feeling better soon and that your army does well in its first game

Consistent work like that is exhausting so great job, definitely tabletop standard and I actually quite like the bases, simple but pretty effective coupled with your scenery pieces

Fair play to your commitment, I can't even get a squad of dudes to tabletop standard over three days!

Thanks for positiviness.. I finished the game against a orks horde. Game was a draw, only three squads of boys left. Venom crawlers are quite crappy when the LD aura is gone. I played stupidly with my oblits, who could have slayed the warlord on T2, but I went to LD's biggest threat only to see them reborn in my deployment zone 9" away from LD.. My big blob of marines killed a big squad of lootas T1 with 5cp (there's more where they came from and endless cacophony) even with grot shield strat saving 9 wounds from Lootas.. stupid grots and teleporta....

Wonder if I have energy left for some chaos knight painting.. to get me up to 2k..

All my terrain are with same colour scheme and mini bushes, so on my own table it's ok for that easy basings..
