Ok i didn't know how to title this but i've got a few questions regarding the primaris marines and how compatable their kits are for customization.

1) The new Invictor tactical warsuit, is it possible to put a regular imperial guard sentinel pilot in the drivers seat instead of the primaris marine without it looking silly or too small (My main force is guard)

2) Will regular (old marine) Heads fit onto the primaris bodies, (I'm not keen on their helmets)

3) What happened to cato sicarius' model! ( though will probably build a primaris 'cato' out of the primaris captain and the old marine captain in a kitbash if the previous questions answer is yes.)

I can only really speak for 2. (3 would be check out GW’s website, they might have cut him, no idea; he still has modern rules so I doubt it. I made my own counts-as a few years ago)

Marine heads are almost entirely interchangeable. One caveat is that some, like the beakie Mk. VI, might clip with the gorget. So feel free to use old helms on the new guys.

On that topic, shoulder pads are similarly compatible. Old power armor pads fit intercessors/hellblasters/etc, while TDA pads work for gravis/agresors/inceptors.

Hasn't changed in a while as far as I can tell, it's currently the 5th edition version just in finecrud ( https://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Space-Marine-Captain-Sicarius )

I will come in and add a few more examples of non-interchangeable marine heads

Deathwatch Veterans wear Mk8 armour and even regular helmets clip the gorget. You need the special "smushed" faceplate that comes in that set, or bare heads.

The Mk8 chestpiece that comes with the Tactical Squad, as well as the old tactical squad, has the same issue. Mk7 helmets just about fit but look bobblehead.
