Very specific thing I'm looking for, I know...
Back in the old days, a kit for Bretonnian knights included a falcon perching on a knight's hand. I got the falcon off his hand and glued it onto the hand of one of my Bretonnian damsels. This was my first attempt at a conversion, and I was quite proud of it.
Where would I now be able to find a perching falcon or eagle? Or maybe a fantasy bird or tiny dragon, that works too... (Preferably without having to spend too much. I'm not buying the Melusai kit just for the tiny dragon.)

If you're open to a crow or raven, the "Corvus Cabal" from WarCry/Slaves to Darkness has a gloved hand with a crow on it that's an optional piece. This specific model can be built as a Cabalist with Spear or Cabalist with Familiar. Annoyingly, I can't find any good built images of her with the Familiar, but here it is on sprue: It's part #47 down at the bottom right.
