Those models look amazing, the 'problem' with the hive guard for me is the same with most of GW's Tyranid range, it looks like a humanoid holding a gun.
I love tyranids where the weapons seem part of the monster. With the biovore/pyrovore you hit the nail on the head for me.
Thank you for all the nice words, it keeps me motivated to continue working on more models, speaking of which, I wanted to share work in progress of my next one: a Thousand Sons Daemon Prince.
Please bear in mind that it is still work in progress, and the model is missing a ton of detail, plus some areas need to be cleaned and refined.
These are all absolutely excellent. It's a shame I'm committed to not printing models for ethical reasons (just bits and pieces), because all the Pyrovore, Biovore, and Daemon Prince stuff would have me in a heartbeat!!! Wonderful job and you're really capturing the flavour excellently!

I wanted to share the work in progress on my personal version of the Tyranid Pyrovore. Based on your feedback I made it more animal and insectoid in look, and partially inspired by the Tyrannofex model as well.
It is just the initial shape and it's missing all the fine detail:
Hope you like this more than the previous model, and once completed I will share the STL file.
I had the model atemted printed. It is printed on an anycubic photon s printer. It is in resin. (Resin prints at 0,1 mm or 1 mm. While plastic is at 0,2 or 2 mm I do not remember witch.) It took an estemated 8 ours to print (umber can be off.)
All in all the model is very axeptable. But it is a huge step down from GW's qualaty. I am mostly posting the photoes because the one who made the model might enjoy seeing it.
All pictues are of the same model. It might be worth considering doing a headswap with a regular termagaunt or something as the head is the most detailed part and does not work optimally (but aceptable.)
Niiai, either the model needs more cleaning pre-cure, or your exposure settings are too high. The teeth details are a dead giveaway that things aren't dialed in fully. I have an Anycubic Photon S myself as well and know that you can get better quality. You can achieve prints that are nearly indistinguishable from GW once painted (I like to print custom parts for kit bashes, special weapons, etc)
*Edit*
Also, 0.1mm is massive, 0.05mm is where you start getting the quality you deserve. Anything below 0.03mm is probably overkill IMO.

So I got 3 printed and I painted them. Very far below GW standard. (Details are a bit blury, and they are very very brittle! The feet also have to small details on them) But all in all the models turned out very well. So all honours to Chromit who made the model.
Lovely work! the Pyro and Biovore will look great printed! Would it be possible to get them with the legs detached so we can pose them more easily? No need to make the sockets Could just remerge them in 3d ourselves.
The link for the Hiveguard no longer works. I get sent to some youtube fishing videos
