Basically I wanna include Ferrus Manus in it, and also include at least a few tanks and dreadnoughts and some air support plus have it have at least some flexibility. What would you guys recommend?

So, first question: which Rite(s) of War are you considering - Primarch's Chosen?

From what I read, I think Head of the Corgon sounds great. So that one.

In that case multiple 10-man squads in (Outflanking) Land Raiders is the way forward (unless you want to castle up in you deployment zone). Do you have any dreads or flyers in mind, and are you looking at taking robots as well?

I tend to advise people to not try cramming a Primarch into their lists when they're just starting out; it tends to be format-warping, frustrating and/or dull for your opponent, and limit your list-building since the Primarch and their support/ride frequently fill over a thousand points by themselves.

Things to know about Head of the Gorgon:
-You can put everyone in Land Raiders, but you don't have to put everything in Land Raiders. Consider taking some LR squads and some Rhino squads, particularly if you're using Tactical Support or Tactical Veteran squads whose special weapons can really benefit from Outflank.
-Similarly you can just use the Proteus to save points, but don't dismiss the assault ramp on the Phobos. Also don't dismiss that the plastic GW Land Raider is a WYSIWYG bog-standard Mars-pattern Phobos and saves you buying a lot of Forge World tanks.
-Using Outflank makes you more reliant on Reserves and opens you up to Reserves-based shenanigans. Don't be afraid to deploy on the table instead of trying to Outflank if you see Alpha Legion across the table, and consider trying to fit a Damocles Rhino in your list in larger games if you're finding Reserves frustrating.
-Your list is going to be loaded with very expensive things; you may find it hard fitting tanks and Dreadnaughts and aircraft into the same list.

Things to know about the Iron Hands:
-Ferrus is an odd Primarch; he isn't the best Primarch at any one thing (though he is one of the shootier ones), but he also does a lot of things reasonably well. Given the lack of a strong melee deathstar unit to park him in and Inviolate Armour off the Legion Tactics I'd suggest planning on spending some of the game walking and shooting in a Gorgon or normal Terminator unit instead of trying to rush to melee as fast as possible.
-Gorgons are an odd unit; they've got a lot of subtle/situational pros/cons over just taking baseline Terminators. Use them if you like the models but for most purposes they're pretty much the same.
-Medusan Immortals: With the price-drop from the beta rules they've become pretty much a straight upgrade on standard Breachers. The problems are that they're Elites without Implacable Advance (so no scoring) and that the Rite that makes them Troops is post-Istvaan so you can't use Ferrus.
-Your named characters tend to be side-grades rather than dramatically altering how you're going to build your army. Autek Morr's T5 makes him a bit cooler than a similarly-built Iron Father, Castrmen Orth lets you take a tank commander without playing the Armoured Spearhead Rite.

Another thing to consider: Remember that Breachers/Medusan Immortals can take Land Raiders as Dedicated Transports without needing to use Head of the Gorgon and you can just take Land Raiders as Heavy Support and deploy models in them. The major advantage of Head of the Gorgon is Outflank.

Some tips about Head of the Gorgon:

A big strength of Head of The Gorgon is outflanking Vehicles, so a Damocles Command Rhino is a nice inclusion to help shape those outcomes a bit better and also keep up the vehicle theme/saturation. You can put a support squad in there easily as well.

Ferrus is strong, but kinda slow. A Warmonger + 10man Gorgon unit + Ferrus will carve stuff up, and lets you deepstrike 2 grav guns too which is cool. Synergy again with the Damocles. This is how I would personally run Ferrus but I don't think there is any wrong answer.

Outflanking Vindicators are cool, but don't really come out much better than standard Medusa's do. Even if they probably are a bit more flexible, they aren't really as mandatory as some might say - but still a great inclusion that threaten pretty much everything.

A similarly inclusion is the new Arquitor Bombard - the 24" range is usually very limiting for them, but bringing one in from outflank with the Spicula rockets could be absolutely devastating for anything packing in too close. Might seem kinda cute, but has the potential to win games on it it's own without too much investment, so I wouldn't overlook it. It's only really just come out during COVID, and definitely seems best in Iron Hands who aren't very played at the best of times, so it's not really on people's radars so far. ROCK EM DOWN

Sabres are another new inclusion, fast versatile tanks that can come out of outflank gunning hard for rear armor. Volkite is the only really cost effective load out, but Volkite is great so it's okay

Everything else aside, Legion staples like Deredeo get even more mileage with Ferrus buff + RoW buff, so don't overlook tried and true things.
