EDIT-- This appears to be a fake leak, so this rumor is false

There is an image of the supposed Judiciar datasheet floating around the interwebs.

On it is a rule titled "Purge the Firstborn: Friendly <CHAPTER> units within 6" may re-roll failed hit rolls and wound rolls made against FIRSTBORN units."

This is interesting because if true, the firstborn are the original genetic space marines.

Has the imperium gone into civil war in 9th edition?

This rumor looks like it has.

This could also be how they remove the classic marines.
