I wonder if the codexs will include crusade specific stuff?

I'm pretty sure that's meant to be happening, along with faction-specific secondary objective.

I think that GW is going to put out separate crusade dedicted books. No way are they putting crusade in to normal codex, when they can split it and sell two books.

If you have to kill, then kill in the best manner. If you slaughter, then slaughter in the best manner. Let one of you sharpen his knife so his animal feels no pain.

Surely this that have already received their indomitus box can confirm of crusade is in the rule book

in the preview of the new codexes, they did state there will be specific crusade information for the army in their codex. And, the crusade is in the core rule book.

I am building a narrative campaign around crusade. We have an interactive online map, "a choose your own adventure" type game system that is used when the players are making decisions as to what to do and where to attack next, and a small role-playing element where events happen "off the table" that players can respond too.

The rewards are pretty minimal, it's mostly for fun, but I am printing up some really cool command point counters to give out to my friends that are playing. We're kicking it off in September in the hopes that grandfather Nurgle will have gotten bored with us by then.

also worth noting.

9th edition is a lot of fun. We have been having an incredible time playing it and the games have always been dynamic. We have not had a single full opponent army tabled yet, and the games have, for the most part, been pretty close.

I hope you all have as much fun with it as I have been.

the core rules yes. But from what I have been told about AoS, GW loves to split stuff like that in to many parts. Why shouldn't they make a new relics and psychic powers, with new crusade rules, as a separate supplement?

Not according to Warhammer Community. The codexs will have crusade content.

Now that we’ve all had a bit of time to get our heads around the new core rules, the next big shake-ups will come with this edition’s codexes. There are some big – and we mean full-on seismic – changes on their way. The upcoming range of codexes will offer so much more than an update of the datasheets and Battle-forged rules – there’ll be loads of brand-new content to look forward to, such as expansive Crusade rules that are unique to that faction. The Warhammer 40,000 rules team have also taken the opportunity to review every single unit and weapon profile for each army, and where they felt it was needed, dialled them up to 11. We’re not even joking!

We will also probably see something similar to the vigilus books at some point.

I have been loving the new edition thus far myself.
