Subject: Genestealer cult and Astra Militarum modularity.
I bought a Leman Russ battle tank. It doesn’t come with any pintle mounted weapons. The cheapest option I found is a heavy Stubber from a genestealer cult rock grinder. Could that be added to a leman Russ with little trouble or would it be more trouble than it’s worth?

i thought that kit came with the Astra Militarum tank accessory sprue?
https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Imperial-Guard-Tank-Accessories I believe that all the top hatches are universal but i haven't done any of the 'cult' kits yet so am not 100% sure.
looking at the GW site, it looks like this sprue no longer comes with the tank kits, which is a bit of a gak move imo.

Yea I did research and found it doesn’t come with any accessories. Has to be purchased separate, but it’s sold out. I purchased the genestealer cult Stubber, I’ll post the conversion in time tho.

It hasn't come with them for almost a decade.
The only kit which does come with it is the Basilisk, because the Chimera parts they give you do not have a hull mounted weapon on them. The Chimera kit does come with a pintle storm bolter though.
