The Meatfist Ogors have finally managed to make their way out of the jungles of the Maggotkin – but have they jumped out of the frying pan only to leap into the fire?

The Story So Far
The Meatfist Ogors seemed to be out of trouble. After enduring the hell of the Maggotkin jungles, they were relieved to find themselves in truly verdant country, with sweet blossoms, copious wildlife, singing birds – in other words, they were surrounded by plenty of things to eat. Ogor heaven!

True, they now seemed to be completely leaderless, with even Kroc the Butcher and Vagoc the Slaughtermaster having disappeared. Mostly, they were now just being bullied by the toughest Ironguts but that was pretty much normal life in the Mawtribe anyway.

So, free from the clutches of Nurgle’s minions, they relaxed and enjoyed their new surroundings. They had found these particularly nice glowing fruits nestled within some strange trees, which were especially succulent and easily plucked. They whiled away the next few days enjoying nature’s bounty as the Ironguts argued over who should lead them through the final part of their Mawquest.

That is when the Sylvaneth struck.

I really think you could have saved that frying pan bit for them going through a realmgate to Aqshy...

Road to Renown! It's like classic Path to Glory, but repaired, remastered, expanded! https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/778170.page

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

That was on the cards, but after the last battle in the campaign next week, we are going to be doing something a bit different
