Wow! Hoping badger games does this one like they did for the first star grave nickstarter. That’s a crazy good deal if prices translate.

I would really like the rest of the miniatures and the new book, for the solo campaign.
They did them for Frostgrave before as well, so there's a good chance they'll continue covering the Stargrave ones.

Brigade probably will as they have matched preorder bonuses to the UK's version for years now.

Nice, not really used the main book or solo download yet at all, so probably will wait a while before getting this.
But I am excited about these, when I get round to working on the crews properly and get them painted.
(More draw here as there’s like all the games I could use them for too. Parsecs, Starbreach and all that. Should always find opponents that way).

I've been using 90% Stargrave minis elsewhere too. I think 5 Parsecs is a wildly superior game, but Stargrave's minis have a perfect "retro-cool" vibe for it.

No, but there are provisions for it. One player has the crew, thus the "stars of the show", and the other player runs the goons/monster of the week. {Not very interesting for the second player, who is also less invested in the game's outcome.} At least that's how it was in 2nd ed Five Parsecs; don't know about the new Modiphius 3rd ed version.

Anyway, the various Nordic Weasel Games are all mini agnostic, so if people like the Stargrave minis they can use them in Five Parsecs, or Chrome Hammer etcetera.

Stargrave - Quarantine 37 Pre-Order are live. Order the book from Northstar (or their US distributor) and get 2 Loot tokens.
Also, there are offers that include the new metal figures. If you don't want all of them, take a look at the Stargrave section, and they are found in 2 figure sets, usually by Background (Tekker, Cyborg etc). There will be metal plague zombies, but there are no pictures of them yet.

It can be, now. The Trailblazer's Toolkit supplement came out like two days ago and has expanded co-op and pvp modes.

For US based fans, Brigade's PreOrder deals also went up.

Placed my pre-order with Northstar, as I wanted to get single frames from them as well. So Quarantine 37 pre-order, the Robotics expert set, the guard dogs, and 2 Oathmark elf light infantry frames. {For my Kings of War: Vanguard Northern Alliance war band. At least these elves are hooded and cloaked; the elves I currently own are obviously dressed for warmer temperate climes, not tundra.}

There are single frames for Frostgrave: GA Tribals, Cultists, basic soldiers, and demons, if anyone has kit-bashing needs, as well as most Oathmark frames.

Awww... nothing on MiniaturicuM... yet. Maybe because this is not a Nickstarter, but only a regular preorder.
I must say I am a tad disappointed with the metal zombie sets. This would have been perfect for a new plastic box. In metal, this will get very expensive...
And I know, there's the mantic plague zombies, but it seems the Stargrave ones will be rather unique.

Late to the Party, but I ordered a sprue from each of the three sets. What I thought would be slightly bland sculpts with some useful extras turned out to be fantastic models.

The style is chunky, simple detail - they have a very "Copplestoney" feel to them, a lot like the Future Wars figures he made 20-30 years ago , first for Grenadier then in his own line. They're pretty much the definition of "paints up much better than you think they will", and they're a joy to build and paint.

Each models is basically 4 parts - body, head, 2 arms. Most of the arms are in numbered pairs holding a weapon, with a few holding pistols, cases, datapads, tools, knives or ammo boxes. Lots of head choice, and backpacks, holsters and pouches galore. There's a good mix of weapon types including heavier options, and the arms fit together very, very well. There are a few ghostlike mouldlines in places, but they've kept the mould edges to match the edges of e.g. armour plates so they don't show. Very pleasant to assemble, and they're compatible with Frostgrave (and presumably Oathmark) plastics. My space gnolls finally have decent weapon arms!

Couple of tiny, tiny issues - the alien heads are generally a little bland, and I'd have liked a tail to go with a couple of them! They were never going to look convincingly alien in a set with human bodies (no digitigrade legs, like dogs have, for example). The line of metals North Star also sells for the game covers aliens better, and you can go to town with plastic gnolls and snakemen!

Well that initial purchase has been followed up quickly by a couple of full boxes of Troopers - they're my favourites, definitely. I will keep some of the datapad armsand other accessories from the Merc and Crew sprues to use with them.

Damn fine models.

Agree that the plastics are super well done. You can get dog legged style miniatures from the frostgrave demon and gnoll sprues. Also oathmark goblin riders have wolf tail accessories. So a sprue here or there will really expand your options.

Are these sprues generally for sale or only as part of a preorder?

singles sprues are a short term sale, although ebay.co.uk normally has pretty much all of them available with several regular sellers

It is not part of a pre-order. However, according to Northstar Newsletter #244, the single Oathmark frames are only available until 30 August. So act now if you need them. (They do have single horse frames, and giant wolves. I forgot to add the wolves to my order. Blast.)

Re: Five Parsecs.
For those interested, you may want to read my last post on my opinions of the combat system. While it is from Five Leagues the fantasy solo system by the same author, the combat system is basically the same for each. Skip to "At this point I'm going to put this campaign on hold" to ignore the last few turns of my campaign. Basically, the tediousness of the 5P/5L combat system made me abandon that campaign. However, since I like the campaign aspects, I started a new one using a different combat system (where stuff happens instead of throwing dice for three minutes with no effect).
https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/795325.page#11034198

Despite my opinion of the combat system, I do like the solo campaign aspects. Just wanted to warn folks that the combat system may not be what you want or expect, and you may need another.

Edit: Here's a link I found on Boardgame Geek to the start of a 3rd ed. Five Parsecs game.

I felt the same and now completely agree. These minis have completely surpassed my expectations and are so versatile.

Last night I took the tentacled head from the mercenary sprue to make a “not-Mind Flayer” for Frostgrave with bits from the Wizard box.

Orlando the Technicoloured, those are great looking lizardman kitbashed. Perfect inspiration for me so thanks to you for sharing.

I had not originally intended to get into Stargrave as Core Space generally scratches that itch for me but I am now rethinking that. The 5 Parsecs 5 Leagues games sound like cool campaigns but awkward combat.

Someone should probably start a 5 Parsecs thread so we can keep this to Stargrave.

And yeah, it sounds worth checking out.

5 Parsecs was written to be 100% solo, and it shows as the game is a muuuuuch better RPG/Wargame hybrid than most of those that bolt those elements or co-op on after the fact.

Also somehow the Frostgrave plastics seem to work fine with the Cadians.......
