How would you have made Reivers useful?

Make grav chutes and grapnel launchers free, give the sergeant melee weapon options (the upgrade sprue bits fit on them.)

They're literally just Intercessors though. What rules are you gonna add?
If anything the real problem is making them a separate entry when they managed to cram all the rules for both of them under the Vet Intercessor profile.

Make them Jump Troops? IDK man. They should be merged into one Entry, alot of things need to be merged into one. Like the new Land Speeders and Tanks.

they have multiple datasheets because of rule of 3. it's one of the concequences of Rule of 3.

Rule Of Three is an artificial bandaid that still doesn't fix balance issues, and also Troops aren't subject to it and therefore your argument is incorrect.
