Anphelion Base containment field generator pylon. Came as a set of 4 with a separate generator piece. (As it happened, I was reading through the old FW Anphelion project book when I saw this post - but as they are OOP, I had to search for them.)

Left one (with the radar) is a GW Captain (Master of Relics) with a head & swap, middle one is another GW Captain (Master of the Marches) with some bits missing and the right one is a FW Exclusive marine with different arms.

No luck with the fancy skeleton, but i'm fairly certain that is also Heartbreaker, there are lots of other minis with the same hands position, either holding the sword/weapon like this, or pointing, or both.

For anyone curious, I've finally found the last of the 3 minis!

The skeleton is a Liche Lord by Harlequin miniatures. Is missing some wings on his helmet, but is this one:
