Yeah, thinking about it, random I-beams laying on the ground is a very Necromunda-esque basing style.

Probably Necromunda. Heck, maybe that bionic leg the other day was another Squat, and this time he'll be a repair engineer or something.

Outside chance of Genestealer Cult, there are some design commonalities.

No, because I’m pretty sure Ratling is an original term, and GW can reasonably prove it.

Ratlings were also the mouse-people in Clan War/Legend Of The Five Rings. However, that game hasn't been relevant in forever, so I guess it's okay

The Ratlings in L5R were later renamed to Nezumi...I suspect some legal pressures were involved.

CMON also has used Ratlings in their Massive Darkness game.

I want to say there was a Ratling force of 10mm figures for a fantasy DBM game back in the day, but my memory gets foggy pre-1990...

I think that sounds right. Something by the yoke between two pulling animals.
Question is what kind of faction its for. Perhaps a goose chariot for halfling hedge knights?

I think a Templar thing would have their cross on their sword, rather than a single eagle head. Dawnbringer Crusade [something] seems like safe bet.
