I'm putting my money on the Wakandans and Ben Grimm (with a special appearance by the Atlanteans).

But seriously I'm not going to pass up on Patrick, Ian and Marsden being together again...even if I think this many characters is going back to being an overcrowded ballroom party. It wasn't the best Superhero movie but last years F4 was a long overdue, quiet reset of the MCU and proved that less is more.

They'll be there to get their universe eradicated or whatever, like in the one DC did for their animated universe, where Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill did Batman and Joker one last time.

I think it will be significantly more than that. We're probably getting a full Avengers vs X-Men film here. Full thoughts in spoilers:
Spoiler:
So, in the comics, the lead up to the Secret Wars they've been driving towards here centers around Incursions. Basically, two universes in the multi-verse begin to collapse on one another at Earth and when those two Earth's try to occupy the same space it destroys both universes. The kick off of Secret Wars was the main 616 Marvel timeline collapsing on the Ultimate universe leading to the destruction of both after a brief Avengers vs Ultimates battle where destroying the other's Earth was the only real way to save either universe. So... yeah, I think we're getting that. MCU collapsing on Fox X-Men with both sides fighting to save their universe.
I'd go so far as to guess that Wanda is going to fill in for Molecule Man, who is the actual nexus point the collapses are occurring around and whose powers Doom uses to salvage the wreckage of the multiverse into a new reality of Battleworld with him as its god on the throne of Yggdrasil. I'm expecting to see the Avengers fighting the X-Men to save their respective realities, learn about Doom and team up to try to stop him. Doom will kill Loki to take his seat in the Loom and make his Battleworld and I'd even wager that Wolverine will nearly kill him but Wanda will step say "No More Mutants" and we'll see Hugh Jackman turn to spaghetti as the cliffhanger ending.
So, who had Wakandans, Atlanteans and Ben Grimm for the next teaser?...

Has anyone seen if the online rumor of Nic Cage (aka Spider-Man) reprising his role as Ghost Rider in an upcoming MCU film is true or not?

They tried to get him for Deadpool & Wolverine. It's very possible he'll agree to showing up, but I've mostly just heard rumors.

Wow, Nic Cage is financially stable enough to refuse roles? Never thought I'd see the day.

Browsing for something to watch while painting a bunch of SM stuff for the next round of our Escalation League I noticed, that thanks to my D+ now including Hulu, I had access to Cloak & Dagger (Marvel, not the 80s spy movie).
Oh God is S1 a slow boring burn. It takes until about episode 6 to claw it's way up to below average (at best) - where it pretty much stays throughout episode 10.
After 10 episodes? They completely failed to make me care about either of the main characters.
And there's at least one more season....
Had I not been more focused on getting the SM stuff painted I'd have gone looking for something else. I think I'll skip S2.

Bloating shows with secondary characters is my biggest turn off, so giving the Punisher a break would be welcome for me.
Only got to see half of the first Wonder Man episode and found it enjoyable. Definitely a little slower and full of Hollywood culture jokes, but certainly curious to see where it goes.
My only issue with Punisher vanishing is how much he was in the end of the first season, and now this one is all about Jessica being here. It’s still early for a full pattern, but it just gives me a mind of rotating sidekick of the season from the previous shows. Will have to see how they handle it.
The first two episodes of Wonder Man were very enjoyable. The meta Hollywood stuff (is it really that s*** being an actor?) was fun, and it looks like they're making a movie of Rogers: the musical! The end credits of Doomsday must be Steve watching it. I must go back at look at all the signs and posters in the background...
Who'd have thought that the character who 'ruined' the Mandarin in Iron Man III would become a popular recurring character?
Fallout Series 2 is proving very enjoyable too, although I'd thought Deathclaws would be more savage titans, but
Spoiler:
... I did find it intriguing that Deathclaws were around pre-war, rather than just another mutant.
Halfway through Wonder Man and its definitely intriguing. Slow compared to so many other shows out there but I'm definitely more invested than a lot of the standard fare. The cameos are definitely fun and used JUST enough to get a laugh more than being tiresome.
I have been highly critical of almost everything Endgame and beyond.
Three episodes into Wonder Man and it is small and interesting and well crafted. I don't understand why they made it, but I'm curious to see where this goes.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Aaaaand just binged the whole thing. One of the most enjoyable MCU outings in the last 7ish years. It's not a world-risking special effects bonanza, just a nice well made story.

Yeah, finished it over the weekend myself and its just a nice clever show. The Marvel stuff is in a lot of ways the least interesting thing about it. Good, personal drama that doesn't overstay its welcome.
I'd agree with that, but that's largely the result of any story that's conflict is mostly personal. You resolve the conflict, everyone smiles and the story is just kind of dumb.
That said...
