Lord of Contagion drops in with the Blightlords. Tallyman and Plague Surgeon buff the 7 man squad of Plague marines. 10 Poxwalkers screen the crawler/crawlers depending on deployment. Drone moves to engage juicy infantry units.

Your PBCs are under costed, should be 165. Apart from that your points look fine.
