The GK range is a great place for librarian bits.

Primaris are not dark angels, they don't wear robes.

There are very few Primaris models that have robes and Primaris models are not as modular so even fewer "bits" to kit-bash with.
Old Marines have plenty of robed options that are completely kit-bashable.

Primaris? You'd probably need 3rd party or print your own bits.

im open to non-gw sources as well.

even in regular marines i only found black templars with robes and they are covered in iconography.
power armor, no terminators.

there are a few more terminators in robes but they wont help.

Well, if non-GW is ok too, then I can highly recommend Kromlech (Polish company, so watch out for shipping costs, I guess):

Primaris-sized robed bodies (legs & torso)

Primaris sized bodies with tabards

Hope that helps!

Spellcrow have robed legs, torsos, and heads.

Dunno if they're regular marines or primaris though.

The robed stormcast convert easily enough and fit the scale, as long as you change the pauldrons;

Cheers. I think it was from the ravenwing upgrade sprue. I made a squad of them, and also used the robed heads from the deathwing terminator kit.

The old ravenwing upgrade sprue has a robed biker body. Old marine, and the Bike Lib is in legends, but it’s there. Used it to make mine back in the day.

Would Primaris Eliminators make a suitable starting point to convert?
