Hi!

I'm really new in the universe of Warhammer 40K, but I heard from someone that there is book about a Chaos Sorcerer who tried to become a Chaos God.

Any of you familiar with this?
What is title of the book? And the name of the Sorcerer?

Thanks for the answers!

I believe this is Belakor, not sure the book though

although thinking about it Belakor is a daemon already, not a chaos sorcerer

I've been playing a while, my first model was a lead marine and my first White Dwarf was bound with staples

Thanks!

This universe is really interesting.
I know that there are mortal men who elevated into demonhood like Azazel in 40k. I'd really like to know what was the strangest story about them.

I just ordered the book Night Lords, it seems fascinating.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
What I'd also really like to read about is Chaos Undivided.

Is there any good book about them?

There was a board game-Assasinorium Execution Force-where a Chaos Sorcerer was attempting to open a mini Eye Of Terror near Terra, in order to gain favor with the gods. I think they were more aiming for Princehood than Godhood, but does that help at all?

Yeah, I think it helps a lot.

Thanks!

Isn't it Ahriman, actually? Belakor is more of a mini-deity that wants to usurp big ones, and was never mortal to begin with.

As for strangest, I like Emeli from Ciaphas Cain (which is very good book series, BTW).

Could also be Orikan the Diviner.

He certainly seems to know something, and when empowered has stats to match a C’Tan....
