Hi, I'm Ed/btecpaints, I'm from Chester (UK), and I play 40k Renegades and Heretics/Imperial Guard when I can't use Legends rules. In also on insta as @btecpaints
Currently I'm building up the forces of the 153rd Ex-Penal Liberators, a penal legion that killed the Arbites guarding them, stole a supply ship, and now fly around in their recently-stolen cruiser generally getting in the way of the imperium and raiding prisons and suchlike for more recruits
I also like the idea of collecting an ogor mawtribe, but that's just a pipe dream for now
So yeah

GW" MONEY.... erm i meant TOO MANY OPTIONS (to resell your army to you again by disalowing former units)! Do you want specific tyranid fighiting Primaris? Even a new sabotage lieutnant!"
Chaos players: Guess i stop playing or go to HH. |

That all depends on whether or not I can find some cheap arbiters lookalikes
ah yes the sourcing for cheap weaponry and other assorted bits to not somehow end up more expensive then the old resin range was at the end
Anvil is good for some specific bits and the quality is great.
Wargames atlantic depending upon range might need bit more bits but are in general cheap for good quality.
bits boxes from friends might also be something that you could consider for the occaisonal raid
