The more I look at her the more I don't like her, lol.

A no buy for me, though if there's an alternative head and maybe a dagger instead of the mask I might be down, as the rest of the model is okay (though still not a massive fan of the anorexic look).

It's a style I guess, though one that I too do not care for. Almost makes me long for the days when bathair was expected to be the single worst hairstyle in the range, and that one seemed relatively straightforward to fix. Although this one might actually look rather nice just completely bald.

The main other thing that bothers me is the pitted, rusty blade. Radukar has the same. Meanwhile the Ratman, the Underworlds vamps, and the half-bestial vampires in Cursed City all have perfectly normal looking swords. Even if a vampire is strong enough to carve someone in half with a blunted blade, it just doesn't look right. It doesn't fit with the refined aesthetic, it doesn't make sense from a efficiency point of view (while a blunt weapon may be sufficient, a sharp one would be able to cut through even more), and it feels strange from a lore perspective too (labour is pretty cheap when you have undead servants). Best leave the "fancy-but-past-its-sell-by-date" look for the Flesh-Eater Courts, whenever they get some love. I prefer my vampires to actually be refined.

The long dress and subsequent large base, meh, should be easy enough to significantly shorten if desired, can't be too upset with it unless it drives up the price.

Ironically , we see some bsf style cultists that we dont have right now within BSF..

Also, even if no traitor guard, i think those cultists in a full kit with the added option would make them actually one of the most sold ones.

Albeit their rather exhibitionistic manner does not jive well with the more militaristic cultists used by some CSM factions...

Even more lovely if we got an actual codex to go with those Traitor Guardsmen.

New Sister model, the Dogmata. Basically the Sister's chaplain. She has the big "I" mace. Looks much nicer helmeted.

Christ. That's a terrible model. The pose is the single most awkward and stiff one i have seen from a long long time and her face looks she's trying to suck a invisible Capri-Sun

Alternative bits look a bit better.

I bet she started male - everything about the sculpt looks masculine. The candles also look - wrong - for a Sister of Battle.

that said the article shows that there's a helmet so you can hide the face and those candles could be easily cut off and replaced with something else.

It’s the shoulders, for me. They’re just too skinny.

Why are all her limbs completly outstretched and why do her wrists connect directly to her elbows. Also she's 90% robe this is just lazy

Really bad model, helmet helps only a little.

That's a very 2nd-edition single piece metal model pose there. Looks ok to me, except my eyes keep getting drawn to the gloves and the way she's gripping the mace. I guess it just looks a bit stiff and awkward. I agree on helmet over bare head on this one!

I wonder why she doesn't have skull mask - if there is one faction that would wear Face of the Emperor to remind they are being watched and judged, it's Sisters. I wonder if they decided against it to avoid usual idiotic screeching about sQuAtTiNg it would inevitably cause?

That would be funny because 5 issues of Calgar comic contained tons of pictures of DV cultists, traced 1:1. Dumping them after forcing Marvel to use them exclusively would be kind of silly move

Well, they straight up say she's a chaplain. So it'll probably be litanies for the ladies.

Along with a Predator, a Lieutenant-Sister (did they release points for her yet?) and some Gravis-sized big-armour sisters, they seem to go heavy into Marine-mechanics now?

Don't like the head at all, much better with helmet. With the helmet, I like the top 1/3 and I like the bottom 1/3 but the mid section just looks awkward. The hands are HUGE and the position of the arms just looks weird. I like the details on the back and the large candles are fine by me.

Her face looks like some kind of angry whistle.

I like her. Facial expressions might be a bit overexaggerated due to the paint job (like as on the new Lelith model).

I prefer Sister characters that aren't over-the-top diorama models like Dialogi and Hospitaler. I think there is a lot of tension in the pose.

The problems with the face are made worse by the way he over shades and over highlights female faces. The pose is probably intended to be stiff but I do think the gloves are too long giving the appearance that she doesn't have any forearms.

The Repentia Superior is the one that decides who gets to leave the repentia. I.E. who has successfully redeemed themselves.

As for morale, that seems redundant? I mean they already have high base morale, access to unlimited insane bravery, and at least one Order has a morale-booster already. I’m thinking unless they change some or all of that a bonus to miracles would be more appropriate. Possibly something like allowing a miracle die to affect more than one roll, maybe?

It's good that we've hit such critical mass with Sisters now that we're replicating the role of Preachers/Missionaries, I guess.

It's starting to look like GW are scraping the bottom of the barrel for new Sisters units to wedge into the list.
