I've personally not had had much success with using Harlequins and Craftworlds. Harlequins required a lot of
CP and the detachments never seemed to synergize well. It always felt like two different armies competing with each other on the roles they provide.
The Wraithseer is a decent model. I just don't see it being as necessary for a Harlequin army. I feel players can ignore the model for the most part. If you put Fortune on it, it is a T8 2+,3+/5++/5+++ model that puts out D3 shots. Why waste time shooting at it when there are other, less durable, yet more pressing threats? If opponents take the bait and shoot at it, I think they made a mistake.
In the psychic phase, the Harlequins can't take advantage of Protect/Jinx. Smite can be useful, but it is in Deny the Witch range and no way to buff casting ability. Casting Protect on a Farseer feels a bit unnecessary. There are rules to protect characters from shooting and a Farseer adds very little in assault.
Shooting is d3 shots at 24", no
LOS. However, being out of
LOS can also be a challenge as the base is @ 3" wide, so you need to subtract that amount to clear the terrain feature which slows him down further.
In assault, it has solid damage (d3+3), but only 4 attacks. He will hit 3-4 times and wound 3-4 times generally, thanks to Expert Crafters.
It reads like I don't like the model which is not the case. I run one myself in a Craftworld army. I just don't think this model brings enough to a Harequin army, especially for the near 400 points spent. I rate 20 Harlequins with Caress (Frozen Stars) over the Craftworld Patrol.

Maybe it was stratagems, cause quicken on skyweavers seems extra scary, if the shadowseer could be fitted with its version as well, and now you got two units in your face.).
But you wouldn't need a wraithseer to pull that off... just a warlock or warlock conclave.
Can't cast either power on Harequins. They lack the Asuryani keyword.
