Mentioned as part of Hive Trazior’s background.

Hive Trazior is infamous for the Brat gangs of its up-hive spires, who take a cruel delight in engaging in gang warfare with the ‘commoners’ of the underhive. They are well known for their brightly painted, and incredibly rare, jetbikes, which they race through the throughfares and transit tubes, inflicting mischief and mayhem wherever they pass.[5]

Struggling to sauce them being posited in place of Spyrers though.

Jetbikes are so 'incredibly rare' that random Eschers got them..!

Spoiler:
So yes indeed, Gerontius Helmawr back in charge, Aranthus still alive and plotting a comeback, no named characters die.

Given that the Escher "jet bikes" are more or less literally a turbine engine with control surfaces, I'm not sure they are quite in the same technology/wealth class as proper grav-bikes.
That said, the Van Saar got hoverboards, so....

Also, rare is not the same as "important" or "useful" though its often synonymous with "expensive" which can fool people into thinking it is the other two. See: Juicero.

I'll take my 500 quatloos now.

Although, I will give them points for actually finishing the story line, instead of just letting it trail off into oblivion as they usually do.

I for one would have greatly preferred Bratz to Spyrers, even before the weird amputee fetish.

More likely to start on the sequel. All this suspicious upheaval seems like a good excuse to get inquisitor gangs down there too.

Help or hinder Kal Jericho smuggle a stasis casket to safety in this bonus Spire of Primus scenario

The Aranthian Succession: Spire of Primus has just landed on doorsteps and arrived on shelves in stores around the world, bringing this chapter of Necromunda to a close with a bang. Those of you with a high intelligence stat may have noticed the back of the book mentions nine scenarios, while there are only eight within its pages.

It’s a printing error, but it wouldn’t be right to say there are more scenarios than there are, so the Warhammer Studio have provided a mission to us – and you can download it for free now.

Still not as bad as several print runs of A Darkness at Sethanon which had a blurb which was entirely and utterly wrong on almost all the details save the character names.

It's a throwback to when printers actually made up printing blocks from movable letters, when they could (and did) conceivably alter stuff, mostly by forgetting/omitting letters, or ocassionally by using a wrong one.

The Unwilling Warlord by Lawrence Watt-Evans, the paperback edition had a cover picture from an entirely different book.

Oof the price hike is pretty intense, most of these were roughly 10-12 GBP per sprue when they were new, now it seems to start at 20 and goes up the smaller the kit is.

The gift of consuming GW products!
Next they invite you to dinner and have you buy the food and cook the meal.

More like they invite you, serve you up after butchering you for the main course, then making you pay for the service, drinks, and tips.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Back then, covers quite often had no resemblance to the actual story anyway, so they probably could have got away with that one.

With a couple of pieces I don't think I've actually seen before. Although I stopped paying too close attention to GW terrain a while ago as I'm well and truly priced out of their audience by this point. Which is a shame, because it remains very cool...

No surprise, but is this the first N17 kit apart from upgrades to go to the great eBay in the sky?

The reason it's gone is that both of those are in the new plastic hangers-on box (two others in that have a different resin hanger-on in their blister, so I suppose they stick around for now).

Great scenes, for only using Ethically Sourced Authentic Geographically Certified GW components. Imagine what you can do when you add 3rd party bits, 3d prints, etc.

And here's a funny tidbit, the sign on the fast food container actually says Hive Guys, but GW photoshopped it out.

Current WD has an article on building a Nurgle infested village.

It features the use of lolly sticks and similar odds and sods.

By no means the same in-depth scratch builds by Phil Lewis of old, but a pleasing thing unto mine eyes all the same.

To be fair, the whole point of those sorts of articles is to be inspirational, rather than practical. But, yeah, I think there does come a point where looking at these things and realising that you would never be able to afford to build them just becomes a turn-off.

I'm tempted to take a couple of those and see how cheaply I could replicate them ... Probably not the best use of my spare time right now, though!

individual each piece isn’t that expensive when you consider a full plastic kit should last a long time.
But to get a full playable table it adds up fast.
