Not sure if I missed it in another thread but all Eldar non-plastic characters are now LCTB also.

They were already on LCTB. They went up as part of the LOTR range rotation weeks ago.

Yep, includes the Autarch skyrunner on old style jetbike also. Hope this means we will be getting new plastic ones soon.

Its weird put I can't find anywhere where GW has actually announced that all this stuff is going on last chance to buy.
Have they actually done an post anywhere?

They are going on range rotation, so last chance to buy, until they bring them back at an unspecified future time (probably tied into the next release of their codex).

I wouldn't take this as indication that new sculpts for these models are coming out.
