Looks like some sort of Harpoon or Bolt thrower ammunition, with cruel runes, so could be in the Chaos/Dark Elves direction. They look well-made too, but not easy to identify a faction from it.

It looks more like two spears being held together to me, either in a quiver or, more likely, just in the off-hand of whoever’s throwing them.

New Kill Team box knocks a couple of rumours off, one being a smoke grenade used by the Beastmen and one being the exhaust of the Votann jumppack.

The Beastmen Killteam also contains that spiked mace, the shamans staff is the skull with leather bindings, and the gong that the dude with the mace is banging was also a engine picture i think.
