Same markings, same fitting (which is very Khainite Shadowstalkers in style). But the explosive device is too futuristic to fit AoS. Wood, crude/pragmatic design, tribal markings, elfish fitting, small runes, elfish blade design: the only group all of these traits fit are Exodites.

What we take for an exploding part could be some sort of 'nock' (the part which links an arrow/bolt to the string of a bow or crossbow) to fire these Spears/Bolts with an up-sigmared take on a Repeating Bolt Thrower.

This is also a clever deduction. Seems more plausible than my take. So Khainite Shadowstalkers are back in the race.
