That was my first thought as well.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the Huggyfex, but I'm not sure yet what to make of the head.

Nehekhara lives! Sort of!

I've got to say very impressed with both sets of minis. I love the Tyranids, especially the Screamer Killer. That Predator style head is awesome. I'm not going to collect nids so probably immediately sell the minis but I can't wait to get started. The marines look very cool, especially the Sternguard.

I'm also super hyped for admech in Winter. Can't wait to see what new minis might be on the cards.

This box will outsell Indomitus

Perhaps the best launch box ever

Really didn't expect to see a Gravis Apotechary.. Love the model. All in all, a lot to sink your teeth into

The combination of the Psychophage, the Neurotyrant and Screamer-Killer arms would make for an absolutely mental, titan-sized scratchbuilt of an Epic-scale Dominatrix.

They revealed rules for two marine units but only one nids unit, rude.

Unfortunately I really like and want the Tyranids. Love them.

They mentioned every codex on the roadmap will come with ‘at least some new miniatures’ which is exciting!

Oh damn. Now that is an awesome idea. Don't tempt me Frodo!

Also can I just say 10 marines with flamethrowers is absurd but I do like it.

Of note: It seems that rather than firstborn/primaris, we'll instead be getting armor keywords. So a marine in say mark 7 may not be able to do the same stuff as a marine in tacticus.

They just confirmed all new codexes are getting new miniatures. Hot damn.

That's pretty much the dream lineup for me, the only thing a bit surprising about it is that there is no sign of a second wave of squats yet.

Just caught the last part of the video.

Did they say all the faction cards were available on release to buy?
If I buy the SM/Tyranid ones, are they then out of date when the codex comes out a month or 2 later?

I got a bit lost on this part.

Currently most played: Silent Death, Mars Code Aurora, Battletech, Warcrow and Infinity.

Screamer Killer is the big winner for me.

Gravis Apothecary's the big loser. I just can't find it in myself to like Gravis armour, especially after the Terminator update.

Quiet winner would be the Barbgaunts, because they finally look like a fusion of two separate organisms, and the flamer Marines, because they're just flamer Marines, plain and simple.

Also, people in the chat seemed to think there may have been a new guard tank in the crusade art. I don't play guard so I don't exactly have the profiles of their vehicles memorized, but hey.

Well, I'm a very happy bug. Screamer Killer is just great. neurotyrant is pretty cool as is the new dreadnought. Nice to see they've specifically thought of making the two halves of the box into combat patrols (plus extras).

Also, very happy to see they included the mission cards as i was afraid you'd have
to buy them seperately.

My wallet isnt going to like me anymore :(

Not sure how to do images but at the end of the reveal artical the big rule book is open to a page of art and at the back right of the picture looks like a new tyrannocyte.

Well chuffed with the whole thing. I was only hoping for the Screamer Killer but the whole box is damn good, and well impressed with the Neurotyrant.

While you can deploy both armies in full to play a brutal but balanced game of Warhammer 40,000, the box also contains more than enough models to form two full Combat Patrols that will let you play this new, faster-paced game format right out of the box.

Based on this you can form combat patrol from contents.

Yea termies have been described 8 foot age.

Quite an armour to add 4 feet to height.

maybe, we don't know until the Codex hits

might also be that all the cards stay valid but the Codex just add additional rules not being on the cards anyway

Love the Neurotyrant and Psycophage - not sure on some of the smaller critters. Very impressed they put out a road map for the year the upcoming codex. A bit sad that there's no new Votann on the horizon but it does shove me back to Nids for a bit.
All looks very impressive.

I have a feeling Votann aren't in the first year because they want to launch a substantial "Wave 2" for them.

Is this the first time they've given an actual name to the rulebook instead of just calling it "Rule Book" or something like that?
