Think the only thing I want from the box so far (aside from the rules) is an Infernus Squad or two.

New Sternguard are an update to a classic power armoured Marine unit instead of just a Primaris proxy with elements from proper Marines. Am I mistaking in that it should put theories about the squatting of old Marines to rest?

Sounds like they can’t show anything else off. Likely some licensing thing overall.

I get the disappointment, but I think telling us they can’t do more is more reassuring than just saying and showing nowt.

I normally like WarCry stuff, but this new set looks very dumb to me; the Stormcast have really glaring reused assets in their capes and dangly bits, one half of the ghouls looks stupid with their bone piercings going straight through their leg bones, the offalhounds look like baboons and the ghoul chief has a lot of stuff going on that i'm not sure i find cool...

Ghouls - I like the Trackers.

Diorama was fantastic. Obviously the licensing sale is causing delays, but eh, that's life. I'll wait. The Warcry box was awesome and i love the look of the new roadmap.

Betting that the summery warcry starter is that leaked vampires vs storm cast set that reuses the underworld models

That whole segment was a massive disappointment tbh. The Stormcast are rubbish, I mean as models they’re nice enough but there looks like 3 bodies and the repetition is really obvious. Ghouls are fine but nothing special. One (admittedly nice) LotR model because ‘our hands are tied’ - no one forced you to include LotR on the lineup. FW as well so god knows the price. And it feels like we’ve had loads of Nighthaunt in underworlds, I’m not massively excited about the new lot.

That "Underworlds / MESB / Warcry" Stream was odd.


On the Timetable it was listed as a 1,5h stream but at the end it was only 28min.

What a load of rubbish that so-called 'preview' was - glad I resisted the temptation to buy a ticket and attend in person.
