When Horus captured Molech and used the Warp Gate there to enter Warp and Chaos god’s realm, he negotiated with the Chaos gods and learned that at some point before the beganing of Great Crusade(799 M30) or the Primarch project (792 M30), the emperor used this Warp Gate to enter Warp, deceiving the Chaos Gods and stealing the key method/technology for creation the Primarch.

But any official novel or book that record or indicate when this event happened?

I think it was in 'Vengeful Spirit' in the HH series. I can't recall when it was suggested to have happened of the top of my head.

It was during the Dark Age of Technology, mentioned in Vengeful Spirit.

Exactly. IIRC all Vengeful Spirit says is he looked a bit different afterwards and didn't need a ship to go back to Terra (and that's from Alivia's POV).

The Emperor set out for Molech before FTL was feasible, and got so greatly empowered by what happened there that he did not need a ship for the return trip. This happened before the Age of Strife, before the Unification Wars. It's in Vengeful Spirit.

There’s a lot of assumptions here. There’s nothing to say that he needed to be more powerful in order to travel back without a ship, see Vulkan in the webway as an example.

Also the POV character is biased and although they seem to believe what they are saying, it doesn’t make them right.

Like anything concerning 40k, especially the Imperium, especially the Heresy, especially the Emperor, especially before Unification, it's unreliable narrators all the way down. That should be taken as a given.

I’ve not read the book, but what’s the context here?

How is Horus learning it? Because if it’s from the Chaos Gods…..I’m gonna have to question its veracity!

We learn this from Alivia Sureka, a perpetual who was with the Emperor on the first trip and stayed on Molech as some sort of guardian.

Horus goes into the portal and comes out a few minutes later thinking centuries have passed, during which he lead an army of deamons and had secrets revealed to him (IIRC).

There's a whole fan theory about the Emperor offering some of his sons as sacrifices/part of the deal he made on his first visit on the second visit, when he took some Primarchs with him, Horus among them. It's pretty convoluted, but basically states that the Horus running around during the GC was 'fake Horus' from another Warp-reality that the Emperor trickstered back, and 'our' Galaxy's original Horus was in warp-hell in the Realm of Chaos all the time until fake-Horus visited Molech again, when they were switched back; in that theory late-Heresy Horus has basically been a Champion of Chaos for a long time in the Warp, and is pissed as all hell at Daddy'O. There's some scattered evidence beyond Molech(Moloch) being an entity ancient Canaanites sacrificed their firstbon children to (according to the bible) like late-Heresy Horus being plagued with vision of him fighting in the Realm of Chaos for eternities, and so on...

A few different books talk about the Emperor "stealing" power from the Chaos Gods. Ingethel the Ascended talks about it in First Heretic but seeing as it's a Daemon dedicated to bringing the Word Bearers to the worship of Chaos the obvious bit is obvious.
Vengeful Spirit has Horus invade the world of Molech after he unlocks a hidden memory regarding a portal buried underneath the capital of the planet. There is a side plot about a Perpetual who was with the Emperor when he visited the world during the Age of Strife. This Perpetual reveals that she was left behind as a guard to prevent others from finding it and that all she knew was that the Emperor had gained some sort of power after his time inside the portal as he was able to leave Molech without a ship. Horus entered the portal and supposedly served the Gods for thousands of years before returning to lead his armies to Terra to fulfill his father's original bargain, bringing humanity into the worship of the Dark Gods in exchange for terrible power.
