As a recap it was belial, deathwing knights, terminators/deathwing as a possible upgrade sprue and/or introducing assault terminators for DA by the rumours I think.

Seems quite early for DA when the roadmap has them as March. Wonder if this will just be a single kit/codex reveal, with more later.

Might even just be a shady silhouette/or .25s 2-3 frame job or lots of random minis.

Thinking about it some more, I wonder if this means some new DA will be released in Jan/Feb via a limited army set or combo box like the Vashtorr one. Then the full codex arrives in March per the roadmap.

There are chains and bullet holes. Dark Angels and Chaos Marines get their codex in the same quarter. Dark Angels vs Fallen box confirmed?

But agreed, sure feels a bit early.

I'm expecting a big teaser/reveal of the Flesheater Courts for AoS.

Gathering the Informations.

It better be an announcement of an army set for the Flesh-Eater Courts. We're due Book 4 of Dawnbringers for AoS in Q4 of 2023.

We're also, weirdly, not getting a WarCry preview despite there being 2 warbands slated for that in the same timeframe.

Flesh eater courts big reveal is pretty much a given.

I think we're due some Khemri stuff for Old World, perhaps even a glimpse of the starter set.

The cynic in me says Deathwing Knights before Assault Terminators, as that would tempt a few people to get the kit ahead of the generic release (who I'd have pegged to be with Blood Angels, later).

New Kill team set will be interesting as it'll likely confirm one of two sets of rumours for the rest of the season, or show that we've got no idea what's happening.

Underworlds I'm not on top of, so could be anything, even more flesh eater courts.

Necromunda is probably the Enforcer Taurox and Delaque vehicle (though wasn't there just one video rumoured?). Maybe a tease towards what will be in the next edition.

There is still a mystery plastic army for HH

If the "mystery" isn't SA I'll buy a unit out of respect and shock.

Again, Delaque isn't a lock-in for vehicles. They've said that not everyone was going to get one.

Really surprised. I'm hoping we see the rest of what Necron and maybe Admech are going to get. If all Admech get is a weird stilt sniper, that'll be kind of underwhelming, but they are a healthy range of full plastic models so it's not a huge thing.

Necron desperately need more of their old characters to move from resin to plastic, so hoping to see a few more of them before we start worrying about Dark Angels...

It's probably just a Taurox, but maybe we'll finally see some Eye of Selene stuff for Newcromunda.

KT will be whatever's after Scouts'n'Scorps.

40k will be the third Necron model, some waffling about the Codices, and then Dark Angels.

AoS is obviously the worst kept secret in all of GW: Flesheater Courts.

TOW will be Tomb Kings, where they don't get plastic Ushabti, Tomb Scorpions or new Skellingtons.

HH will probably be the other Dorito Dread plus Jump Pack Mk.VI.

And Underworlds will be another overpriced starter set and some really impressive looking minis as Underworlds is the only place where the designers get to take risks and experiment.

And given everything that's been done to Delaque since Newcromunda came about, is it any wonder that they're going to miss out on getting a vehicle?

I hold out that if the vehicles have sold well enough then other factions will get them. They just might not be part of this cycle of books that GW has planned.

Not if they're done with Ash Wastes and are moving onto one of the many other settings they've been teasing for years (Secondus, Selene, etc.).

Eh depends - there's huge areas of the internal of the Hive that can easily have vehicles.

I was hoping for Custodes myself, but yes SA is almost guaranteed. IIRC there was a pic with the full sized version of a SA baneblade. Would be cool if they gave it some volkite options for SA to make it stand out.

Not looking forward to anything as I'm rather content, but...

Kill Team needs to get a move on regarding models that are already avaliable in plastic; Warlocks, Banshees and Wraithguard. Its great that Scorpions are on the way, but its hard to move on from the previous edition when you have to leave so many models on the shelf. Improved rules are obviously a strong reason to move on, but not if one is restricted to garden variety Guardians, Rangers and Avengers. It would be like moving to the latest edition of 40K, but taking 3 years to drip feed your favourite units over different books, magazine articles and then annuals.

Underworlds is in a good place and one of GW's most successful games, but years roll by and there's still no sign of a 40K counterpart. That said a new Sylvaneth warband would be nice.

40K and AoS are in their never-ending codex/battletome grind. Flesh Eater Courts should do well while new Deathwing would be awesome.

Horus Heresy might cover more than just the 28mm game itself? Maybe not, but they did a HH preview and Legions teaser during WarFest. Solar Aux seems highly likely but both AT and AI could do with new starters. Legions already has a long backlist of previews to release so not expecting anything there.

The Old World...pass. Dunno. Glad its back, I guess?

No interest in Necromunda, but out of all GW's skirmish games its the one that could do well by offering a solo-coop supplement. The skirmish market has an abundance of solo-coop options but GW keep leaving money on the table. Thats fine if all they have is the odd skirmish game thats straight up intended for tournaments, but they have KT and WC for that and Necromunda is a narrative focus which is perfect for solo-coop. Speak of that devil...

Its actually cool that GW offer two solo-coop dungeon crawlers but neither have been well supported in the last few years. While I think its time to retire Blackstone, it would be sad to see the modern classic bow out after keeping us entertained during covid. But it was a product intended for the 8th/9th edition era of 40K, and we now have the return of Votaan and Corsairs to offer interesting new characters. It would be nice to see a teaser trailer for a new 40K quest at the end of the preview.

Casual gaming, mostly solo-coop these days.

I like the idea that Old World previews primarily exist to tell us what we don't get.

I haven't paid attention to this at all. Was it not everyone gets a vehicle or not everyone gets support for Ash Wastes? Out of curiosity.

Not sure, but I think any remaning gangs can use light vehicle kits from 40K and given the rules to support kitbashing. Would have to double check.

I am weirdly in a spot where I don't think I have any specific wishlist for this preview. I'd love to see more plastic Necromunda models, but my expectations are low. And I don't really know what else we are waiting on for any of the other games.

I guess I'd love to see Furnace Kings or Sky Goblins for AoS, but don't expect them to introduce a new army when the new edition is rumored to be coming next year.

For me I'm not expecting too much. As a BA collector I don't mind pinching the occasional DA bit, but I doubt Deathwing will that useful (and I've just built new scale termies with bits from BA termies and Greyknights). I'm not expecting anything more for Necrons or Admech (which I both also collect). The Killteam releases unlikely to be related to any if those three, so unless there is something else Tyranid related to drop (and I don't see what it would be) should be a good preview for my future wallet.

I was assuming that this would cover he other factions - guilders, outlaws and cults etc.
I'd be surprised if one of the core gangs didn't get support.

Partially I'm asking because GW might be cheeky about it, saying Delaque don't get a vehicle only to ride on the back of Cthulhu, Glottkin style. Technically correct, but specifically phrased that way to infuriate HBMC. It's the kind of thing to expect from the larger part of GW's public communication.

But yeah, I'd definitely find it odd to single out a single of the core house gangs. I'm not sure how anybody could think of that as a good idea.
