You say that, but for the first time in probably over a decade, Marines are like every other faction in 40k: They have gaps in their product lines.

1. There are no Assault Terminators*.
2. There are no Primaris Vanguard Marines.
3. There is only one bike-based character.
4. There is only one Jump Pack based character**.
5. There's no Gravis Librarian/Chaplain/Techmarine**/Lieutenant.
6. Outside of an outrageously expensive combo-box, you cannot buy a Phobos Lieutenant separately.
7. There's no Phobos Chaplain/Techmarine/Apothecary.
8. The Infiltrator kit is incomplete, lacking the parts to make a Helix Adept***.
9. You cannot purchase Suppressors outside of an outrageously expensive combo-box.
10. You cannot purchase a Judiciar outside of an outrageously expensive combo-box.
11. You cannot purchase a Bladeguard Ancient outside of an outrageously expensive combo-box.
12. Outriders still have an EZ-Build kit with no options.
13. There's no non-Chapter Specific Terminator Ancient (unless you get super lucky and find one from the Space Marine Heroes paint set online, and even that's the wrong scale for the new Terminators).
14. Outside of Special/Characters, all Dark Angel-specific minis are First Born.
15. Outside of Special/Characters, all Blood Angel-specific minis are First Born.
16. Outside of Special/Characters, all Space Wolf-specific minis are First Born.
17. Outside of Special/Characters, all Deathwatch-specific minis are First Born.
18. Grey Knights are still the old style Marines.

There are huge gaps in the Marine lines right now, ones that will take literal editions to fill (before we get Primaris Primaris Marines and start the whole wild ride again!).


*For all the pedants out there, you know exactly what I mean when I say there are no Assault Terminators.
**Again, for those attempting to engage their Pedantry Drives, I am talking about standard non-special Primaris characters here.
