I said "detailed bases", not "sculpted bases".

This last season had a lot of warbands featuring models that effectively had overlays for the bases. Things like the Hunters of Huanchi might as well have had sculpted bases with the amount of detailing material that some of the figures had.

Where would you expect an Inquisitor to show up? Because we know the next 40k books, and we ‘know’ (from rumours that are already proved half right) what’s coming for Kill Team.

On the edge of the picture you can see part of a leg painted in what seems like NMM gold, similar to Stormcast or... Sisters of Silence.

Edit: however given the cobblestones I'd still go with something AOS-based

There's noting really about it that say inquisitor. And the sculpted base looks like cobblestone.

Yep it can be something Aos related too, some kind of Elven /Vampyric / FEC with ragged clothes and claws.

The odd thing it's the kind of Stalagmite / Wood/Bone or even tail thing in the back.

Yes, the rumor is Mandrakes according to Valrak. The box is called Kill Team: Nightmares and features Night Lords and Mandrakes.
