Thinking it's part of the Death warband.

I’ve just double checked and apart from the odd under foot bit (which all the systems have), Warcry definitely doesn’t have sculpted bases…

I said "detailed bases", not "sculpted bases".

This last season had a lot of warbands featuring models that effectively had overlays for the bases. Things like the Hunters of Huanchi might as well have had sculpted bases with the amount of detailing material that some of the figures had.

Model is likely something human.

Because that’s not a stick. That’s a gun. Look at the top bit. That’s gunstock. Complete with guard less trigger.

Inquisitor I suspect.

Where would you expect an Inquisitor to show up? Because we know the next 40k books, and we ‘know’ (from rumours that are already proved half right) what’s coming for Kill Team.

On the edge of the picture you can see part of a leg painted in what seems like NMM gold, similar to Stormcast or... Sisters of Silence.

Edit: however given the cobblestones I'd still go with something AOS-based

There's noting really about it that say inquisitor. And the sculpted base looks like cobblestone.

A rifle, even, albeit with only 360 degree of twist for the entire barrel

At first I thought it was the Kroot cav (mount head bottom left, tail upright on the right)

But now it looks like an anime girl in a ripped billowing dress (face top right). And possibly a crab claw.

Throwing my prediction

40k
The Mekboy & Custodes shield Captain we saw in the 2024 video. I guess the Custodes boxset that Valrak mention going to be shown off

AOS
Dawnbringer 5 along the Callis and Toll model & the Slaves to Darkness mini wave (Lady of Ruin, Marauder->Darkoath Calv and warriors)

KT
Drukhari Mandrakes which i think it what the above image show off

Warcry
Lumienth river temple vs Nighthaunt of a Ghost Alchemist and his Cairn Wraith goons

UW
The Zandara Grave Robbers name leak by the German order sheet which i think is most likely a Soulblight gravelords

HH
Solar Auxiliary from the 2024 preview

Yep it can be something Aos related too, some kind of Elven /Vampyric / FEC with ragged clothes and claws.

The odd thing it's the kind of Stalagmite / Wood/Bone or even tail thing in the back.

Grotesques? I thought they would be mandrakes.

Yes, the rumor is Mandrakes according to Valrak. The box is called Kill Team: Nightmares and features Night Lords and Mandrakes.

Same faction as last one, pointy ears and top knot.

Seems to have 4 swords for some reason.

Looks about right.
But those are a lot of blades for a tau…

The sword(?) to the left looks kond of iconic/familiar. Have we seen that design elsewhere?

They don’t usually do the same group twice in these. Usually spread them out between the relevant games, if I recall the previous ones (that I’ve seen) correctly.

You know. If people know to always expect a second knife, it’s a good idea to pack a third one. So why not four, you know?

Could it be the front view of this helmet from the new year teaser thing? In which case I think the Lumineth Warcry warband that’s rumoured.

Y'know, now that you've said that it almost makes me think of a ranger-y elf?

It could be a heavily stylized bow instead of a sword being held, and an arrow being nocked?

Maybe two swords and two knives?

There's one guy who could use them all at once, though...
