Thats actually, for once, a pretty reasonable use of lantern in AoS. If you wade through the nurgleinfested sewers of Darkwater with a great sword, that lantern is pretty convenient.

Except you block the light... so it doesn't help with seeing in front of you.

It's really good for people who want to shoot you in the back.

In case you weren't aware, for all its flaws GW's online store has a 360° view of Ushoran that lets you see him from a 45° angle and from above in addition to the side view. Should give a good enough impression of what the model looks like when it's on the tabletop.

That's only physical pain - they feel emotional pain all the time!

They are hyper active, super happy 'labrador' brained creatures who just want to run over, give you a lick and play with you. Or get you to throw a stick for them to fetch; or show you the super cool thing they found.

That their lick causes your face to melt; that the stick is likely someone's bone and the cool thing they found is a puss oozing horror from Nurgle's Garden - these are all totally not intended to kill you. Indeed they get very sad and then angry when all their new best friends run away; stab at them or otherwise die before they can finish playing.

If you're leading a party through a dungeon, it will allow those behind to see you while not shining too much light ahead to give away your presence to those lurking ahead of you.

You could have a helmet with an integrated candle holder up front, but thats dwarf level ancient technology.
One would think the ghost of her grandmum could just light up the blade in eerie light tho.

Should be really fun to paint even if water swirl looks a bit fragile. I like the way the dress is reacting to the magic around it.

This one looks very similar to a Sisters of Battle one, but with longer hair. The feet continue to be huge.

Definitely not my cup of tea at all, but nice sculpts nonetheless.

Pestigors here and in Darkwater are great.

Festus is just too much, as is often the case in AoS.
New blightkings are quite ugly, at least need different helmets. The armoured guys look like the old blightkings, which makes them good.
The Knights are pretty nice.
