No indication as to when these will be released, but they do look interesting.

I've tried Gundam markers and weren't satisfied, but I'll give these a go. Sometimes it's a hassle to set up for painting, particularly if I only have a short time before I have to clear the space for something else.
Much easier if I can just grab a marker and have at it for a few minutes.

You still need to set up for these since they work like the watercolor brushtip markers that already exist(wet the brush, let the paint flow, wipe off the excess, and check the flow). They aren't just "remove cap and paint".

At the very least grabbing a pallet, box of markers, and cup of water is less setup than pallet, cup of water, wet pallet, paints, and brushes - and really it's not about the less setup, it's about convincing myself it's less setup and removing that block from doing any painting at all.

That's actually why I use fliptops and caps, over eyedroppers. Means I use GW pots, craft paints, and Styrlez (sp) colored primers, but whatever gets the paint on the model for a game is fine with me! :/

These arent really marketed to painters, they are for people who hate painting and just want to play with their dollies ASAP. I doubt these will be very good tbh

If Contrast and all the other speed paint products didn't get them to do that, neither will these. They'll just continue to play unpainted plastic like they do now.
