Not quite as exciting as when they dropped Fulgrim Transfigured at the end of a stream without warning, but at least we've got the first inkling of a confirmation now

Dynasty Warriors is Tecmo Koei, this is Bamco.

At this point it's anyone's guess....

Unless it's 3D japanese animation for Warhammer+.....

The teaser is for an animated short on Warhammer+, that much I gathered, but it might be a tie-in to a larger game release?
