I'm out this month... I did so much painting for another project that I'm burned out.

Would an extra day help?

Burn out sucks.

Start thinking about final pics people, almost out of month.

First time in a long while I haven't needed an extra day to finish! Here are the pictures of my snotling pump wagon

If I can photograph tomorrow, I can enter. The clear coat spray is currently drying.

I grabbed one of those old Plaguebearers I had lying around, did an arm swap, and painted him in one sitting:

I hate the guy with the big finger, because he doesn't really mesh well with ANY of the old metals. I have five or six of 'em.
I managed to find an old Ghoul hand with an over-sized knife. The blade was just big enough to pass for a short Plague Sword.

Final pics.

Group shot

The chosen few (5).

@kid I can sympathise on the 'big finger guy' as i also have three of them. So i can now see at least one of them getting a handswap/ orky choppa in the future! (Also what are they thinking about?)

Is there a chance for an extra day?

In Austria the 1st of may is free of work and I really couldn`t get a lot done this month so far - I still need to do all the light effects...

Sure, we can push it back. 1 day extension granted.

After burning out on painting miniatures for the 30 Days of Characters challenge and a big crossover event, I barely was able to compete this month. Last night, I forced myself to bang this guy out:

So here is the pick-5 of what I’ve been up to this month. Crazy productive month. Way back in the day I had an Undead army. Before the split to Vampire Counts and Tomb Kings. I’ve dabbled a little in painting newer models, mostly from the AoS Soul Wars box. Nighthaunt are cool, but my preferred flavor of death is dusty bones and vampiric blood. So from the scrapyard of history, they rise once more. Tattered banners and rusted armor, marching again to war eternal.

Here is the lot of what I’ve managed. The Vampire on foot got a couple day head start on the month, but included here for completeness.

Next up will be the Soulblight launch box, starting with some grave guard. We’ll see how much ends up in the comp. But some of it I want to fast-track to get to the table, and none fits next month, so we’ll see...

Loving the snotling pump wagon.

For this challenge I knew I would be pushed for time as I'm mainly focused on my house extension at the moment so I thought I would raid the scrapheap that can be ebay and found quite a suitable model that I could work with

Proof

Which has now turned into this Ork Scrap Tank, I wanted to go for a very rusty look to suit the scrap theme. I link the results and was happy I managed to get it painted to a decent level and finished Photos on time for once .

Good Luck everyone

I am still not done yet,
but since I want to make shure to enter something,
I`ll upload some pix before I try to not ruin everything with the airbrush tomorrow....
