The bright color keeps the soldiers from looking too drab.

Agreed, i like all shiy new regiments, cause that stands them out from all that drab, weathered regiments around

Pyroalchi wrote:The last pic definitly does the armor plating more justice. Nice work. I'm also impressed by your speed, pretty cool that you can churn these out at that quality almost daily.

I just need bright light box to show all properly i think, gona make one next weekand. It's weekend only TBH when i have required time, i have no time all the week, at least consistent time. and 30 minute isn't enoght for normal painting. Last guy consume 9-10 hours, but i figured out at least how to make cloth in virtually any colour combination. And now it should reduce once i build muscle memory to be able place right strokes without thinking.

Heresy! Fall of man! Transgression against The God-Emperor! Failed trial of Faith!
Drama mode off.
I'd order bullgryns squad to finish my 1500 points list. Since I live somewhere in between of end of world and common sense I'd waiting for a month til my parcel arrived and when I open it I'd found this. Not bullgryns. I'm a bit furious. Virtually to get my bullgryns I need to return this, and then order them again. And this is 2 months. After some time and when I calmed I decided to keep that guy and give it a try. That's big thing for me since I playing, painting and collecting IG exclusively for I think 23 years.
Spoiler:

Some how very fun miniature to paint. Very different from guards. I'm overdo with varnish again and don't like how carapace looks like cause varnish hide all tones I add to it.

as always I would be glad for any comments and criticism.

I have to say, that blueish style really starts to grow on me. I have some Cadians for the Ordnance Field Battery lying around I did not intend to use, but maybe I'll do one team in that blueish theme. What's the name of your regiment? Just for my lore department

Cadians are looking good, I think the grey stripes work with the Kasrkins.
I think the grey with blue stripes (to my eye at least) works well on the artillery piece and reckon it'll look good on any future tanks you might add

Great progress! Really like the contrast between your colour scheme and the bases.

Your Kasrkin is really nice, the lenses are great!
