Guess What I Made.

No... seriously... give me a guess, because frankly I have no idea what I was going for.

I took two chaos shoulderpads, a chaos talberd, a bolt pistol and a lot of green stuff and wedged it on to this poor guy.

Anyone have any idea what I was thinking... or what I could use it as?

Inquisitorial Warband is the easy option

Or a Necromunda something.

If you are particularly chaos leaning, then why not proxy an inquisitorial warband for the ruinous powers. Not sure what is in the various chaos codices, but some kind of sorcerer or daemon counts as?

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Yeah, could be a Thousand Sons sorcerer of some kind. Looks like a mutated champion of Tzeentch to me.

I thought necron pariah or lychguard in an even more tomb kings style (aside from the holstered pistol).

Yep, anytime you stray into avian-Egyptian-chaos territory, you're leaning Tzeentch.
