This is going to be a weird nitpick, but is that Autarch holding the spear to far up? Just eyeballing it, it looks like the balance point should be where that joint is.

In general I like both models, but the Autarch’s helmet is a bit weird. I think it’s supposed to be mandiblasters? It just looks like a foolishly large moustache, and Eldar are famously smooth shaven

A bit more seriously, the design language of the helmet lumps just seems to be different to other Eldar helmet accoutrements.

Its the fire dragon helmet, no special attributes like banshee mask or mandiblasters, but fits the fusion gun

Thanks for the pointer, I hadn't twigged. The Autarch one does seem to protrude a bit further into the face than the actual Dragons. Maybe its just the paint scheme, but it doesn't work for me (not that it particularly has to, nor is it that difficult to fix).

I think it looks fine. He isn't actively using the thing, and holding it near the business end makes it easier to control while concentrating on the pistol. If I were to use that style of weapon, then my front hand would start quite close to the head in a guard position to help with manoeuvrability in defence, and with full reach or some kind of horizontal slicing achieved as part of some kind of attack movement.
