Backstory: about 14 years ago my wife at the tim was babysitting her 8-year-old Down's Syndrome sister. She thought it was a good idea for her to play, unattended, in my hobby room. Well, apparently my 40k display shelf looked like a toy chest to the little girl.

She ended up smashing a scratch built Warlord titan. I managed to repair the torso, but the legs were fubar. Disgusted with the situation I put the torso in storage. I always ment to get back to it, but never really did.

About two years ago I got the ambition to 3D sculpt a Warbringer titan in the old Armorcast style. I got the legs done, but stopped after that.

Well, I decided to combine these projects. I scaled up the legs a bit, printed them out and mounted the old scratch built torso on it.

The results are.... okay-ish? I like the legs, and the torso is fine as a product of its time. The two just don't seem to mesh well together. The styles don't match, and the torso is a bit too small scale wise.

I think I might have to print a Warlord Torso, and scratch build some legs. We all need 4 Warlords, right?

Don't you have a couple maniples already?

Maybe it's time to put this one aside for a bit and think about improving it later.

Maybe find a 3d printer to replicate the missing parts?

Actually, it's a hamster ball cut in two.

I know of like it as an old school scratch build.

Mainly I'd say the guns need some biceps to hold them instead of just sprouting from the shoulders. Then greebles, so, so many greebles.

I spent a few hours 3d Modeling a new torso. I think this will fit in better with the 3D printed legs. Tell me what you think.

I think the hamster ball has some old school charm.

Oh, I'm definitely keeping the hamster ball torso. I'm just going to make it a new set of scratch built legs that match.
