I am only using these on tanks from now on. What a pain.

After my long productive streak I've definitely been running out of steam. Got some more elves onto bases and I'm eyeing the remaining horses to do as Glade Guard, but that's going to require some green stuffing and I'm just not in the mood.

Need to push myself to sit down and paint the last of my Mantic zombies and so on, but all desire has left me as my attention has shifted hard to warhammer fantasy.

Still need to do the base scatter on the others, but for now, three done, seven more to go:



Hopefully done by the end of tonight, along with the Ripper swarm for tomorrow.

I've been adding bits to make my new carrying case I made look more ork-ish. 3d printed a giant ork glyph for the front of it, and will add more text to it soon

Almost finished painting the 2nd PanO Fusilier of the starter pack (the male one) I started made more progress on a couple of others and did some Green Stuffing.

The Consuls are done, so started cleanup on my next squad: Heavy Flamer support squad.

They're 17+ parts per model. Beefy!

Giving 40K a rest for a while, burnout from painting so many orks. Kit bashed my thousand sons.

Currently running my 3D printer into the ground printing DnD stuff

Wrapped up the tiny horde, decided to just hit the base elements with basic colours and a wash, time to move on already.



Also wrapped up a pair of Neurogaunts and most of the Leaper:



Next up, eight more Neurogaunts, a ripper swarm base, three of those smaller Macragge terrain pieces and the large one, then onto the Red Terror?

Hive node and infestation markers done, next up the Neuro critters and ripper swarm.

Instead of writing the sci fi novel about them, I did a lot of work on new minis of the main characters Azakir Halgriv and Sela Orrel. Especially Sela, she's close to being done. I already have miniatures of them both (especially Azakir), but oh well.

Today I need to color code bases for my Bolt action Brits.
All my squads - rifles, engineers, etc are of similar size & very similarly armed. And the officers & specialists tend to blend in.
I like to glance at the table & ID squad types without having to count models, examine equipment etc.

Practically finished Sela and made more progress on Azakir, Based them both. Then assembled the mercenary mech from Infinity and began building a smaller one for JSA.

It's been too humid to basecoat anything so I've just been going through my pile of used models and slowly stripping and reconstructing them. I figured I might as well get all my stuff put together since it's been sitting in a box for the last 2 years.

My Combat Patrol has 2 models almost complete! (I'm doing the heads after I Prime the body). Only 4 more to go!

Did some work on a Sentinel and my neuro-critters, also decided to cheat and unwind after last nights kerfuffle, so built my Zaku, a bit wonky and feth those stickers, but it's in a cool shooting pose.

Finished my scenery piece, done and done!

Well, at least the ones I wanted to do for now

Now I shifted my attention to some cool projects I had in mind for quite a while! I managed to recently acquire an old Chaos Dreadnought (metal one) as well as a old Chaos Obliterator for a special project!

In the process of cleaning the dread and converting the Oblit (making him not squatting down for one) and turning it into Terminator Sorcerer for my Thousand Sons. They had rules back in 9th for a cult of mutation character to have all kind of upgrade to makes him a (relative) beast in combat, and that idea has been on my mind a lot since! So gonna be a fun model to create!

Almost completed the new version of Azakir Halgriv and just have to paint his katana. Also calling my new version of Sela complete. Then finished assembling my Mechazoid Sokorentai and the pilot chick for the NA2 Anaconda TAG. I was going to prime them tonight, but couldn't be bothered. I'm hoping to finish one or the other for the kid's miniature game day next week for Grimdark Future. The Sokorentai especially for one of my armies, again, based on Azakir and Sela's setting. Wish me luck!

Since I'm going to use my Space wolves in our final 10e game next week...
I figured I'd better get them re-organized/tallied up under the current rules/pts (I haven't played them since 1 game at the launch of 10th).
Also read up on their detachments & stuff.

And then? Come the 21st? They'll lead the charge into 11e.

The SW are my 1st 40k army. So I always give them the honor of the 1st battle of a new edition.

Calling my newest version of Azakir done! He has to be the 3rd mini I've painted that I 3d printed! Might add a little more to his sword. Started to paint the 3rd main character of my sci fi novel, Engineer Dorrel. I kind of transplanted my main characters from 40k. Dorrel was going to be a Tech Priest but now he isn't just a full cyborg, Ghost in the Shell guy. He's a fun character to write. I also prime my Mechazoid Sokorentai, NA 2 Anaconda TAG and the pilot. The newest version which is a pretty cool mini.

Doing more work on the neuro-critters, hopefully done before Sunday. Also still need to finish those rippers, bleh.

Playing my least favorite game called "I have an odd number of shoulderpads. Where did the other one go?"

Working on 6 Meganobz. Surprisingly time consuming kits to build and paint.

Deciding to do all the weapon options has not helped.

I'm working through the second test miniature for my Leagues of Votann army.

You all were talking about mold lines earlier... I swear that I took sandpaper to these miniatures, and it did not help. I'll have to be more aggressive next time.

And I don't know what I did but my paint has been acting hydrophobic, which makes things challenging. Previously, I thought it was because I was washing my brushes too aggressively and there was soap in the cup, but that hasn't happened with this one. Good thing it is a test miniature!

Practically completed my NA2 Anaconda TAG. Began basing it, and did more work on my Engineer Dorrel mini.

I love painting my Alpha Legion, but the MK3 rivets are a pain. They are sooooooo small.
