Decided to take this challenge on. It took me a while to figure out the correct scaling, but when I did the print ended up having the same diameter turret ring as a Predator. I had a spare Predator turret sprue, this looks like an improvement to me, so I went this route. In this pic the main turret piece is 3D printed, but I have a spare plastic Predator turret on standby, with Lascannon and Meltagun.

Um, no. The Imperial Guard just got a new vehicle that actually looks like this (Hippogriff), so that's what it will be.

Oh right, I remember, the half track one. Yeah, this one looks a lot better than the official version for sure. I think you could add just a few more bits to make it look more 40k, just a bit more unnecessary complexity on the armor or some exhaust chimneys on the back.
