i was just making bacon, eggs and sausage for dinner (yeah i just felt like it) and was just wondering what y'all eat for breakfast or event eat breakfast at all?

On my work days I usually eat an English Muffin PB&J and drink some water. On my day off I skip breakfast and sleep in. Then enjoy a slightly inflated lunch.

tomorrow is Fruity Pebbles because I am hell bent on stealing them from my friend's roommate! For the Emperor, of course.

2 slices wholegrain toast with 1 vegemite, 1 honey.
1 piece fruit.

1 glass milk.

some type of snack bar. I don't usually eat breakfast otherwise. Ideally breakfast consists of either

bacon, eggs, waffles/pancakes or
biscuits and gravy with sausage.

Either of these will put me in a coma for approximately 3 days...

bowl of Honey Bunches of Oat w/ Almonds Cereal with some fresh blueberries on top.

Or a bagel with cream cheese.

I combine breakfast and lunch, usually eating about 10.00-13.00 and it is a sandwich:



Failing that (if chocolate is too harsh to start the day), I'll just have a bowl of cheerios. Start the day by saying goodbye, hurrah!

Usually, brown sugar and cinnamon instant oatmeal. Today, Ham, Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Hmmm... Pig.

Monday - Thursday > bowl of cereal (today was frosted flakes)
Friday > complimentary bagel + orange juice (from my landlord's free friday breakfast thing)
Satuday > complimentary chocolate chip muffin + milk (from my landlord's free friday breakfast thing)
Sunday > something more involved, generally eggs + toast, sometimes pancakes

But you know, I'm really feeling some french toast this weekend, maybe I'll pick up some bacon too

Waffle House hashbrowns, extra crispy, scattered, covered chunked, topped. 2 over lite. Grits. Bacon. Soak in tabasco.

Porridge with honey is good in the winter time. Or a full irish (fried egg, sausages, black and white pudding, rashers, mushrooms, beans, toast and potato bread and a cuppa tea).
A lot of the time it's crunchy nut cornflakes or fruit in the summer.

Mmm, bowl o' Bran Flakes please. I have a tendency to pour hot milk on as opposed to cold, and apparently that's strange? I like the way it melts everything slightly.

Also, before you ask, I wasn't a child who continued breast feeding until late in life. I just like hot milk. From cows.

Myoplex protein mix with 3 table spoons of raw oatmeal and 16 oz of water, blended. Add in a tablespoon of flaxseed oil for taste. Multi vitamin and a mineral electrolyte tab.

I find that the fur makes brushing my teeth afterwards a chore. That's why I prefer baby rats.

I don’t think “make” is the word I’d use. “Strongly encourage and reward” suits me better.

Most work days I have a glass of skim milk ovaltine and a One a Day multivitamin before I dash out the door, usually a banana on the drive to work, and a cup of coffee once I get there. Sometimes an orange at my desk if I didn’t have a banana. If I’m not running as late as I usually am, while I’m still home I might add some toast, or leftover pancakes made on a previous day off.

On a day off from work I might make pancakes or waffles, with bacon or sausage on the side. Or go out for a big breakfast, like french toast w/bacon and hash browns. With milk and OJ. And maybe coffee as well. Or if I’m lazy at home on a day off I might just do up a plate of nachos (white corn tortilla chips and salsa with hot sauce; no cheese), maybe followed by the aforementioned Ovaltine if I put too much hot sauce on.

Life cereal can't be beat with either cold or warm milk (it isn't weird, Anti-Mag, just depends on the cereal) as a good staple, but if I'm cooking then it's got to be my secret recipe sour cream pancakes with strawberry preserves canned the night before (my side business - jelly making), a splash of real maple syrup from my cousin's maple farm in Wisconsin, and some freshly whipped heavy cream with real vanilla bean. MMMMMmmmm!

Those ain't nachos Manny, more like "chips & salsa" ... Though having said that I enjoy white corn chips (small round ones please) + nice thick salsa (Pace-esque stuff not pico de gallo ... lots of Taco Bell brand of late but hey, it's good and $1.50) more than a big vat of cheese goo with some corn chips in it

breksfast this morning consisted of 4 cups coffee, and a bowl of death noodles. Death noodles consist of 1 bag of masala (whatever the hell that is, but it's spicy) noodles, with pepper additives from over on the Thai welder table. Death noodles have to be inspected by my Mexican compatriate prior to consumption, and if it's hot enough to make him gag then I've got the dosages right. However, the Thai welders still want to know when i'm going to start eating spicy food like a real man...

@Grizgrin, I hope you have ready access to hospital transport on that oil rig your stuck on. That "death-fest" you are starting your day with is aweful.
