Cool, I'll look trough it when I have a chance, but if balanced right it would be a nice change from the other armies...

Interesting. The Lost and the Damned armylist looks pretty good. Both the AM and Soul Forge lists, though, look like pretty standard fanfic kitchen sink lists. Don't get me wrong, there's some cool stuff in them (some of the stuff in the Soul Forge list, in particular, is nifty) - but there are just so many options, there's no way the lists can be balanced. The AM list has got a lot of similarities to Tim Huckleberry's list, but even more stuff.

The AdMech list was a bit of a disappointment, I thought the older one was better. It too had a lot of options but it felt "more balanced", if those two words mean anything. The Soul Forge list, too, seems to give out a lot of options though again, the concept is salvageable. It's nice to see fanmade material of this level of presentation, but I would not use any of these for real games as-is.

Apologies for posting these again, but as one of the players in the first campaign these were used in, I thought I'd give a run-down on how they worked.
The Braun VI Second Skitarii Regiment, on manouevres with Legio Victorum
I went for infantry-heavy lists throughout the campaign, which consisted of a solo 1,000pt game (lost); 1,000pt double (won), a solo 1500pt game (lost); a solo 2,500 Apocalypse game (lost) and a 2,500 Apocalypse doubles game (lost – and how!).
These results were fairly representative of the Adeptus Mechanicus faction, which made me want to respond to:
Both the AM and Soul Forge lists, though, look like pretty standard fanfic kitchen sink lists. Don't get me wrong, there's some cool stuff in them (some of the stuff in the Soul Forge list, in particular, is nifty) - but there are just so many options, there's no way the lists can be balanced.
I'm quite happy to admit that I'm not a fantastic player (I'm much more concerned with how the armies look arrayed against each other, and telling a cool story); but there were some experienced and successful Tournament players using the list, and they were equally unsuccessful. Of six of us, I'm fairly sure that only one person managed to win more than half their games, which makes me think that they're not as unbalanced as they appear.
Points costs and a lack of synergy means that while individual units are powerful, low LD and high points costs mean that it's almost impossible to rely on any single unit.
We were playing against Tau and (new) Orks; and the 11pt basic trooper really hurt us. In addition, while there's access to some really cool kit, it's both expensive and fragile. In 5th, I'm anticipating struggling even more with keeping the troops alive: a guardsman with carapace, cyber-enhancements and a master-crafted hellgun sounds great – until you realise that you're paying 11pts a pop, and most people regard the 6pt guardsman as overpriced...
That said, on one level, I agree – there's craploads of options in there, and I've argued on the TF forums to remove or alter a number of items (the Fugitives are fantastic at inviting critique and playtesting). Nevertheless, while the list does immediately look rather overpowered, I'd invite you to have a go at writing a couple of lists and seeing if there's a practical army that you can make.
As an aside, I really didn't like the Tim Huckleberry list at all – I found it to lack any sort of 'core' and didn't really relate to the background – but I think this list really lets you make very characterful armies.
Obviously I'm a bit of an Ad-Mech junkie, but I really like this list – depsite by abysmal gaming record, this Codex has given me more gaming fun than I've had in a long time; and it's been particularly rewarding to be in on the development via comments on the TF forums. This is still an ongoing project (a 'living rulebook'), so I'd encourage anyone interested to make comments – Dakka's got a reputation as being able to spot potential rules abuses, and I'd love it if the community here could point out anything particularly jarring. If you don't want to register on the TF forums, I'm quite happy to post the comments up over there if you post them here.
At the end of the day, however, any Codex which lets me make toy soldiers that look like this is pretty good in my book!

The LaTD list looks good.
I like that they can be led by a regular human and not just SM or Demons. Makes sense to me.
Technical is a great idea.
I would also love to see how they put that Stalk Tank together.
The list is very different than the GW one, and should demonstrate to GW that it would not take much to make a viable LaTD list.
Now, to some minor criticism as I have only glanced at the list.
The Giant Freak should be renamed into a Hellspawn or Warpspawn or something along those lines.
Demonhosts should be 1-3 per unit similar to in a DemonHunters list.
Are the Spawn compeitive in the HS slot? They seem a little... underwhelming compared to the other choices. Same with the Chaos Hounds. I suppose their draw is a cheap point cost compared to some of the other options.
Anyway, viva la revolution.

I agree with Death By Monkeys: Whatever the rules are that is a very cool-looking army. I like the Mk.III Dreadnought very much. It confirms the possibility of a conversion I've been wanting to do. Great Leman Russ too! I hope the Leman Russ is redesigned along those lines someday.

Great looking army Apolo.. Cpl Saint, can't wait to field my Dark Mech against them ; ) hope you like giant ramshackle Flesh Factories..
The Tempus Fugitives have opened up there forums to public viewing now, though you'll still have to register to post any comments (which is more than welcome, espeically on the army lists !)..
A bit of background on the TF's, we're a bunch of gamers that used to attend the UK GW campaign weekends that they used to hold up at the head office in Warhammer World.. then, after they started to scale these back, jumped at the chance to run our own..
Now we run the main Warhammer and 40k Campaign weekends at Warhammer World, usually two 40K and one Warhammer a year.. with around 120 people attending each.. and mark my words.. next year's 40K and the years after are going to be a bit special.. or should I say 31k..
But yeah, the support of the community means alot to us, we're in it because of the enjoyment we had playing in the events (with many of our members playing in these ones, as well as the public) so any feedback etc is greatly welcomed..
