I just bought the new SM codex the other day, and the ironclad dreadnought caught my eye. However, the model isn't on the GW site. Does anyone know if they are planning to release a new dread model, or will I just have to buy the siege dreadnought from FW?

There have been many CAD pics shown of the Ironclad on the last GD, so I guess a model is coming. Here are some pics

Aside from the shin armor, I do not think I like the dread... looks too much like the regular one with extra stuff bolted on.

Yeah, the shin armour is nice. The rounded armour plating that comes with the regular plastic Dreadnought doesn't really fit in with all of its other plating.

Are you kidding me? The combat arms and drilling arm are really, really awesome. Okay, the HKM's and the frag pods begin to clutter the thing, but the fighty bits are pretty darned cool.

I dunno. I think I'd rather convert.

I have to agree that it is a bit lacking, especially the new weapon arms.

They leave a lot to be desired.

I was especially let down by the "Seismic Hammer".

Sounds cool, does not look cool.

Converting will be the way to go, apparently...

The weapons on the arms seem too oversized to me.
