For me, it has to be some of the new Skorne models and especially Molik Karn. There's
really no point to having a Cyclops army, but it interests me. Might be fun to run them all
hot at Threshold 11.

Not sure what else interests me. Of course there's the obvious eThagrosh/Typhon
sickness. And Wrong Eye and Snapjaw should be fun with a Gatorman unit on the
table just to have lots of gator things on my side.

Anything you're looking forward to?

Megalith is just cool to me. His model looks great, and he can heal himself, something like that on a Warden is well worth the points increase. His animus is pretty good too against slam happy armies.

I love the typhon. Only thing I didn't like was he didn't have All-Terrain like his Carnivean couter-part. His massive 3 attacks that auto-throw at something is sick! One thing about him though, his animus allows D3 when damaged, does that mean a Warlock can transfer but still heal, since the transfering is still considered to damage that warlock?

Mohsar is pretty cool looking, he doesn't have anything that stands out as "THATS SICK!!" but he does allow the warbeast to be ran hot since we do have alot of healing abilities... just some thoughts.

Sometimes you just have to let em' go...

Mohsar. It's about time Circle got a warlock with Fury 8 at all times. Megalith is pretty cool too.

My Searforge army can't wait to pummel something with Brun and Lug.

That's it for me really. Unless I decide to start Trolls. Then it's all about the Whelps!

Probably most of the Circle stuff except the new Satyr and the White Mane.

I'm probably going to proxy Moshar next week.

So the judo-boxing-virile Satyr doesn't do it for you?

eThagrosh and a SWARM of beasts. Maybe one unit of Raptors to take advantage of his armor buff upkeep, but then it's all beasts, shepherds, and forsaken.

Rhyas and Typhon + Warchiefs. RIP infantry-machine.

I wish that I liked Absylonia's sculpt. Her rules are really fun.

Why not eThagrosh, Typhon, a swarm of fliers and a Sorceress Hellion Solo?

Yes. Yes it does.

I'm looking forward to using Morriag with two or three War Wolves as their own little hunting pack. The imagery itself is pure win, and the rules mesh too!

Mohsar and the Megalith are both exciting, and the Shadowhorn has lots of potential. It's really a shame they didn't follow the Shadowhorn art for though.

I'm not completely sold on eKrueger and the Bloodweavers yet, but I love the Tharn so I'm sure I'll use them both.

Pretty much all the Troll stuff sounds fun, which is the only faction that I still have for Hordes.

Not really. What is his job? He's too weak to handle beasts and jacks and doesn't put out enough attacks to kill infantry. And against anything besides a charge attack, he's easy to kill.

Unless rave reviews come back about how his other abilities majorly disrupt their opponent's plans, I'm not picking him up.

Well the satyr charges 14" with the last 5" of that going over enemy models and terrain, so that's pretty good right?

It's also going to be the biggest model in the game by far if the picture is a true indication. So you can be really annoying and field them along with the xtreme warpwolf sculpts. All other jacks and other warbeasts will come up to your models' waists.

The attention to scale has really been lacking on these last few releases. I hope they get that out of their system soon.

Maybe the plastic Shadowhorn sclulpt in 2015 will be better.

I kinda liked Abby's sculpt. They could have made her face just like the forsaken, then I wouldn't like it soo much since the head is way off scale.

I like our new Satyr, but like everyone else, I like the picture more. It lost the 3 main things I loved about the Gnarl, but got 3 new things that leave you kinda iffy about him. He's only DEF 14 against a slam or charge, where the Wolf is DEF all the time. Pitch is really cool, but he's only MAT5 so I'd be better off using the Wolf. And I dont get why our new heavy is only P+S14. They should have dropped it to 13, lowered his ARM, and made him a light. I dont think he's really worth the points as a heavy as he is. His animus is worth looking into though, and really good if you field him with another Gnarl Satyr.

Indeed, He would have made a great addition to the faction as a light beast.

And yet, as I understand it, the RPG monster book II notes the Slag Troll is the size of a Dire - and in Hordes, it's a light.

Which is hilarious given that the slag troll seems like it's supposed to be the anti-warjack
elemental warbeast, but they couldn't bear to give it a heavy P+S in addition to its
anti-non-living bonuses.

I might buy a Megalith simply for the cool factor.

For me its Ethaggie, Elylyth, Hellion, and War Mongers. I'm a huge fan of Mongers, the spear chuckers will be pimp. The cheiftan is already proving to be a Beast!

Typhon will be a fun model, flinging stuff all around.
